The staff were polite and I got what I asked for, however a bunch of high school students were extremely loud and got into a... food fight. The staff did nothing to intervene in this situation, and allowed the kids to leave the place with fries and wingseverywhere on the floors and tables. I felt like the staff should have atleast told them to politely leave when It got to thepoint of them having a food fight. Over half of the restaurant?s floors and tables were covered with food because of this. Assomeone who worked in the fast food industry for 3 years, I always prioritized safety and sanitation, and It?s not fair for theother customers to walk in and see a bunch of food on the tables/floor, and it?s not sanitary. One tip I have for the staff atthis place is, don?t be afraid to tell someone to leave if they are being disrespectful. I understand that customer service andsatisfaction is important but you also should be able to tell someone to leave, if they are going to trash the place and bedisruptive. Read more

7205 Goreway Drive A/k/a Malton: Westwood Square Mall, Malton, ON L4T 2T9. I write my experience so others will know as well. If... you go to this location above and you have only $100 dollar bill with you, they will not accept your 100 dollar bill like the$100 dollar bill you have is not exist or is not considering money anymore in Canada to pay with. I understand there is lots ofcounterfed money probably out there but this location is just looks like to lazy to get the machine to check the bill is legitor fake. They staff quiet rude to answer and just simply willing to lose the business and send the unhappy costumers awaywithout providing the order you asked for and wanted to pay for! I believe this is very very low from this location managementand not acceptable at all because we are in Canada! If you don't want to accept Canadian legit money, then take your businesssomewhere else and do your business there. But if you want to continue to serve Canadians with your food merchant then acceptthe fact your business is in fact is in Canada and we have Canadian dollar to pay with regardless bank client cards. When iwanted to talk with the managers regards to this matter they where not there at all. Top of all the order mistakes in the past,and the waiting games to collect your food this location has because they chicken stuff either not fresh or over baked plusnever ready or enough when people orders is not acceptable either! Bought chicken tenders this evening and omg did it smell horrible. The tenders were not fresh at all and had a very bad smell.... Would not recommend getting chicken from here. Please work on the quality of your food. It was absolutely horrid. Read more

The Franchise by itself is good with better than average selection of fried chicken items. However some of the staff at this... location are rude and very unprofessional. Was standing in line during lunch time rush and the way they were behaving with someof the people in the line was really appaling. Read more

They will no longer let customers know the time their current chicken batch was fried. Why is this important? So i can come... place an order at an appropriate time when they have the fresh chicken. They usually leave their chicken under the warmer for20+ mins depending on the supply and demand. This results in abnormally dry chicken that has a similar texture to a hardgummy. Solution? Either have the staff fry less chicken,more often. Or let the customers know when the last batch of chickenwas fried, so we can come in when its fresh. We are willing to wait for the fresh chicken we paid for. Read more
