Has been to this location several times .. we?re always served by a sweet person (not sure Korean or Philippine) ? he was not... fluent with English but the customer service he gave made us come there ? this time new faces and very impatient .. when askedquestions could not answer correctly but had an attitude like know it all kind? teaching us about taxes and all .. could notcontinue with order and left ? and while leaving the lady called my daughter and asked her to return the menu pamphlet too ?like guys come on pizza pizza pamphlet???? I wish I could give 0 starts to this place as the 2 guys working there will make the worst food in like 40 mins and then force... you to eat it. I ordered Just a poutine and 5 chicken bites and the South Indian guy at the front took more than 30 mins toprepare it and had the audacity to tell me that he asked me to wait 5-10 mins when he was already 30 mins late. I asked for arefund right then as the food was still not prepared but he refused and repeated he asked me to wait 5-10 mins. That dummy hadno idea it was past 30 mins by then. I kept asking for a refund as I just wanted to leave and eat at some other place but heignored and went back to preparing my poutine right then. He took 10 more minutes to hand it to me without even apologising andthe food that he gave was the worst a Pizza Pizza chain could offer. The poutine?s gravy was stale and the chicken bites wereharder than a rock. I couldn?t even eat 20 percent of the food and really wanted to make him eat the same and ask if he wouldwait 40 mins for that kind of food and service? I?m not sure how old the gravy or the chicken bites were but I?m very sure I?mnever going to a Pizza Pizza ever again only because of this stupid employee. The only restaurant without a restroom , this deliberate by there staff never give you the key even when you dining in . They... have the worst customer service, there staff make seems like doing you a favour when you actually come to spend your money. Thecity should close them down Read more
The restaurant messed up my uber eats order and charged me for a bottle of pop and gave me a can. I showed the short man at the... counter my uber receipt which stated clearly ?Bottle? but instead of decent customer service, and acknowledging they messed upon their end, he proceeded to argue with me and told me to take it up with Uber Eats. I asked him how much more expensive is thebottle and he said ?one dollar?. Which was even more of a disappointment. I get its a recession but youre really going to lose acustomer over a dollar? Maybe if I wasnt a person of color he mighta been more understanding but, well what can i do be leave areview. Read more
Not recommended at all. Not only this branch. The entire chain is not recommended. I tried them multiple times and I hope to... enjoy the positive reviews i read for them but they are constantly disappointing me. The staff and food at Pizza Pizza ???? was great. They had a variety of food to choose from such as chicken wings, authentic... pouting, and of course, pizza.
