I called and placed my order ahead of time only to arrive and have then tell me they had not even started to make it when I... tried to explain I called ahead I was told my order was not completed. the lady at the front was quite busy and I understandthat it is not her fault but I would have appreciated her trying to at least understand where I was coming from and my point ofview as a customer. Food was okay, but they keep the washrooms closed all the time. They give a stupid explanation that it?s out of order. To the... owner: Can you eat food without washing you hands? You guys run a fine in restaurant, not a Mc Donald?s with drive through only.It?s common sense to have your washrooms serviced all the time, also how is it open for your employees but not the customers. Not the best pizza pizza in the area ( I prefer Erin Centre & Glen Erin ). The offer Halal pepperoni only if you order in... person, I still don?t understand the exact reason why can?t we order Halal toppings by phone or online or app? AVOID!!!!!! Very poor service if you want to pay for a pizza and only get 3 quarters of it go for it. They need to pay attention to detail.... Went inside they gave me a pizza and just threw pineapple on top. Very poor I don't recommend going to it Read more
I had some unexpected trade people who stayed over at home for a job to finish at home. Did. It want them to go hungry, so... thought of picking up a pizza for them. The location only had a few people there and the order was quickly taken for a XL Pizzawith 2 toppings (mushrooms and hot peppers) for under $10 +taxes and extra for drinks. Which was quite reasonable- consideringit was meant for 3 adults. The order did take 20 minutes as mentioned by the cashier, a little less I would say. The pizzalooked amazing. The seating area and places near the counter - not so much. I have seen many people dine in and have done itmyself once here. If this was the condition- I would have chosen not to. Read more
I ordered ten chicken wings with onion rings ($15), portion was great for two people. The breaded chicken wings were pretty good... as was the honey garlic sauce but the onion rings were horrible, very greasy with a weird taste. Service was pretty quick, wasin and out in under 10 minutes however the lady at the front was rude and could use some customer service training. The placewas clean inside with nice decor, looks like it may have been recently renovated. Lots of parking is available. Overall atypical pizza place, nothing special. Read more
Terrible location service is bad they don?t have very many options for halal. Bottom of the pizza was extremely well done.... Disappointing. Spend a few more minutes going to Erin mills location much better. Read more
