I tried the large pepperoni pizza and enjoyed it much better than other outlets I have tried so far. It?s only a small space... with seating for quick dine in. Dropped my mobile in a rush and they were nice enough to help keep safe till I retrieved it. Iwill be coming back next time. Read more

Ordered through Doordash. My order did not arrive after waiting an hour and ten minutes I called the store. No answer. I... called again after 5 minutes. They answered and rudely told me that the driver had left and it would be 5 minutes. Afterwaiting another 35 minutes I called and spoke to the same man who basically yelled at me for calling again. Keep in mind it hadbeen over an hour of waitint. I called a 3rd time and he told me that the driver left with the food and what was he supposed todo. After an hour and fourty minutes I called Doordash who issued a refund because this pizza store obviously can't fufil asimple order. What a joke. And after I included a $7 tip on a $40 order. Will not order from here ever again because ofthe service and how rude the worker was on the phone. He needs some lessons in customer service. Read more

I ordered delivery from this location. the website gave me no warnings or countdown to when the delivery was coming so I assumed... that they would call me. I was watching a movie with friends and couldn?t hear the door. It said it would take 40-50 mins and 20mins later, the delivery person Dalip called and said he was here and apparently he was waiting. i opened the door and he saw usstanding there and said ?wow all of you were here and didn?t hear a thing??? and continued to ring the doorbell while i was atthe door and says ?i guess that doesn?t work? and continued to hold the debit machine out and then after i paid he left withoutsaying anything. horrible service?. I love Pizza Nova pizza. The gluten-free crust and toppings are delicious. I would give this a 5-star rating immediately, except... for my experience yesterday evening. Usually when I order, I prepay online for contactless delivery. Sometimes, for reasons thatare nobody's business, I am unable to do that. Yesterday, when the driver delivered my order and I provided my credit card, hesaid: "you usually prepay online, what's wrong, you think COVID is over?" I was so taken aback by his question, I still endedup tipping him. I sincerely wish I hadn't. Then, when I called Customer Service, the first woman I was transferred to was rude,insincere and completely reluctant to help me. I hung up and spoke to someone else who said they would file a report and get thedistrict manager to return my call in order to provide me with some sense of satisfaction. The pandemic is a very sensitiveissue for many people. As a long-time and frequent customer of Pizza Nova, I do not feel that the driver's comments to me wereappropriate or deserved. There is no rule against paying for service upon delivery and none that specifies that customers mustwear a mask. The district manager has now returned my call and has said that there will be coaching involving the driver andthat I would be receiving a coupon in the mail. BAD!!! Chicken on the pizza was very dry and old (see the 3rd pic). The staff was terrible. Very rude and clearly looked like he... hates his job (guy that works late shift). Would not come back ever again! Read more
