We were looking for a place to eat in a neighborhood we weren't as familiar with pretty late at night when most things were... closed and happened across seeing the Open sign at this Osmow's ... What luck ! ???? Parking lot was empty at that time ofnight. Walking in, it looked fresh and clean, a different setup from all the other Osmow's I've been to ... We ordered, thenhung out waiting for our meals. This is the only complaint we really had ... For this time of night and how slow they were, itseemingly took forever to get our food ... Came in and had the lamb on the stix, medium spiciness (this is lamb meat over french fries, covered in garlic and hot sauce). I... ordered the large and they gave me half of what I expected. This restaurant is ripping off its customers by putting a Mediumportion into a Large box and charging you more. The plate box (an indented trapezoid) was designed to be very shallow, and myfood was even shallower. Vertically, It was only filled halfway, and horizontally there wasn't much lamb meat. If I had tomeasure the depth of my plate, over 60% of it was air. I paid around $19 for a large, and I still left feeling hungryafterwards. This restaurant is PENNY PINCHING HARD on the food contents. This left a bad experience, and management needs to dosomething to resolve this. If I am paying an upgraded price, you should not be underdelivering. I would rather go to Salwaa'swhich also offers shawarma, and they do not underserve their customers. The stinginess, penny-pinching, and miserliness of thisrestaurant irritates me, and I will likely never return. Strongly avoid. Read more

Not happy - look at the food. That meat was burnt to a crisp as you can see and they cinzed our on everything. Even the salad... and rice was like half full. For the price - not going back. Also, the place is dirty...sorry Osmow's this location ain'tcutting it. Your raising prices and cutting back on food. Read more
Quality of food used to be average. But it's bad now. If you want to taste good osmows food, try 3210 lakeshore.
