There is nothing Mucho about this place. I paid $14 for a regular burrito and drink and the burrito was so small I was still... hungry after I left. It the same price as Chipotle burritos but a third of the size and they limit you to choosing 4 toppings. I have never paid $14 for any kind of lunch and received so little food. Others have complained about this and the ownerreplies to them like he or she cares but continues to give so little food. I forgot why I stopped coming here, I won't forgetnext time. Read more

Staff lack experience. Dropped spoon on floor and proceeded to put on tray. Had to be told to get a clean one. Offer salads and... burrito bowls, but have lettuce. Place has become a joke. Read more

I wish this company had the same procedure across their stores. The steak here doesn?t taste like steak and is sitting in some... sort of liquid. Nothing like other locations. The person serving me was too busy focusing on the next person that they wrappedmy burrito inside out with the foil on the inside. Solid burrito. I was very happy this burrito was at least properly arranged unlike the last time I was at a competitor and had... pockets of ingredients. Signs were clear that the burrito comes with 4 toppings and guac was extra. I paid for the guac andliked it. The girls working behind the counter were very nice and patient with my questions. I went there for the first time as I usually visit another establishment in the next plaza over. The food is very mediocre. I... ordered a steak quesadilla and I got half the portion size that I would typically get at the other restaurant. The steak itselfwas salty as it looks like it was swimming in some kind of sauce for the longest time. When I saw the portion size I wanted tosay no thank you and leave but I felt bad and let them finish making it. They asked me if I wanted vegetables but the vegetableswere already mixed (lettuce, onion, green peppers) usually you have those separated. I'm not sure what they would have done if Ijust wanted onions. The only good thing was the staff was friendly. I tried authentic Burrito for the 1st time and totally loved it. Staff was very polite and helpful. Even I like the place, we... got parcel that day but next time I will have food in the restaurant so I can enjoy the ambience as well. Because I really likedit.
