Horrible just horrible. Paid over 50 dollars for Uber eats meal and all I get is a little salad to feed the 3 of us. That was... after they delayed my order by 30 minutes. I called the restaurant furiously and some man answered not telling me his name, hisexcuse was ?we are busy I know I forgot to package the items? and hung up the phone on me. Is that how you conduct business?Never ordering from this Zagros location again and will be taking this to corporate level. The food is excellent. Portions are worth the price (around $18-20 for a chicken shawarma plate + tax and tip). I appreciated... receiving the sauces on the side. Plan ahead if ordering to go. Service speed was about 15 minutes from time of ordering toreceiving the food with only 2 other customers waiting. Read more
I tried this restaurant first time... i really liked the ambience and the cleanliness... the portions were generous i ordered ... zagros mixed grill and doner box ( loved it) everything was perfectly cooked .. and yummyyy...it was a take away... Read more
This place does NOT the best shawarma in canada thats a big statement with zero delivery to their word. They have extreme... arrogant attitude. I placed an order for a chicken shawarma wrap with extra tahini and shawarma plate with extra tahini. Such ashame the whole taste was ruined without any sauce. I also asked to get some on the side and they gave me less than half of 2 ozcups (see pictures) i called and argued and they said someone from management will reach you speaking over my complaint. Theyjust have no respect. I paid for a good shawarma experience instead my whole day was ruined from their arrogant attitude andhorrible food. They should change their name to the worst shawarma in canada. Ive had a lot better from less rated restaurantsi dont know how this place got the rating it has as they DO NOT deserve it. See pictures of dry food and 2 oz tahini cups lessthan half filled with very dark amd horrible tahini. They claimed "our tahini is different from what you are used to." They donteven know me... making statements like these just shows they dont want to admit their fault. I asked for my money back didnt getit. I asked to speak to manager and didnt get him/her. Huge portions and quality ingredients. I really enjoyed eating the chicken shawarma plate for lunch. I got the meal in a take... out container and it was plenty of food. I only wish they sauced the rice and chicken instead of handing out those littlecontainers of sauce. Overall it was a delicious meal. Read more

First time ordering for this restaurant, we were quite impressed with the quality, large portion sizes of the food, even the... take out packing is a quality product. The vegetables sides were very crisp and fresh that came with the two main courses ofchicken and beef shish that were very tender and tasty. We also enjoyed the small order of garlic potatoes. The sauces that youget to chose were also of generous portions compared to other restaurants, the only item we didn?t enjoy as much compared to therest of the food was the flat bread that accompanies the main?s, we found it to be stiff. I hope this place keeps up with theconsistency of quality as we found a new go to restaurant to enjoy very good food. Read more
