I loved it! I came here a couple months ago and forgot to post a review. I had never been a frozen yogurt place so I needed some... help. There was 1 girl working the counter and she was extremely helpful with everything and addressed us with proper covidpolicies. As for the yogurt, it was absolutely delicious. They had a good selection of toppings that you can choose from. It's abit pricey at 10 dollars but it is worth it. Read more

I went a few weeks ago and had the worst experience. The sign showed open, when I walked in the person working was annoyed that... we had come in so close to closing time and literally told us to just hurry up. I was floored. I have worked in customerservice for a good part of my career and something I am very passionate about, this was by far the worst customer service I haveever received and I couldn't bite my tongue and I had to tell the person how disgusting it was to say something like that to acustomer. I didn't get anything because I wasn't spending my money somewhere where I would be treated so poorly but my childwas excited and wanted something so I still purchased something for them. I am also put off by the fact that they don't acceptcash, super poor customer service on this account too. Not to mention that it is extremely over priced for what you aregetting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. TO ADDRESS YOUR POOR REPLY - I have one child who is a teenager so yourreply is completely inaccurate and there was only one girl working at the time I had come in so I don't know who YOU are but Icertainly did not have any interaction with you. Was disappointed to see how much single use plastic they used for the toppings. I guess they tried to implement a covid policy... except it just looks like theatre and it's honestly illogical. Essentially, the toppings are individually packaged and you pickout what you want on your froyo. But don't dare try to put them on your own Froyo once you've picked them out, because at thatpoint a staff member comes around and tells you not to open the package (why? Who knows. I couldnt figure out the logic). Thenwhen you go to cash, it all makes sense, because when you put everything on the scale they can charge you for the plastic. Also- the machines aren't at the right temp so the Froyo is too soft. Come here if you want to feel like you're singlehandedlydrowning the planet in single use plastic. Read more

Loved it! Their covid policy is great, they provided us gloves and toppings in a container. Vegan options are amazing (... pineapple, cherry, watermelon sorbets). Rakshama (the person working there *sorry if I mispelled it-*) she was a great host andhelped us well with our requirements! Read more
