I don't know about the day shift but the night shift is very slow and does not care to provide good fast service. Last night I... waited in the drive through line for 20-30 min to order an ice cream cone. After they take the payment, they tell me that thereis a problem with the machine and to wait at "spot 3" and they will bring it out. After waiting for another 20 minutes, I walkin to ask what's going on. A server asks me what I'm waiting for and then promptly gets my cone from a machine that appears tobe functioning well. I don't know why it took almost an hour to get such a simple order. Read more
This location (2255 Erin Mills Pkwy) is consistently one of the worst McD's Drive Thru's in the GTA. Management & Staff seem to... be poorly trained. Time in drive thru even when it is not busy is abysmal - I was there from 9:13pm to 9:30pm yesterday. Theyasked me 5 times thru the speakers if I wanted to collect points and what I wanted to order (4 times AFTER I had ordered). WhenI got to the window, they had no idea what my order was. Stay clear of this location unless you are ok with terrible service. Read more

Incredibly inefficient. This place must be leaking money all over the place. After being amazing at how slow the drive thru has... been over the past year I decided to try going inside the restaurant and somehow it's worse. Even when there's nobody in line,it still takes an excessive amount of time for something as simple as a coffee.
