The worst attention I?ve had in many years and in hundred?s of McDonald?s I visited before, I?ve been buying here almost daily... for a month (Because is near to my job) and the lady in the middle and the other one on the left side always have a rudeapproach, give the the order incomplete, makes discomfort faces and always are mad when I asked for basic things like ketchup(when they forget to put it in the bag). In the beginning I thought it was only a bad day for them but with the time I realizeis personal or something, I hope they are not doing that based on my nationality. Closed over a half hour early. The employees are sitting in the dark on their phones.... They didn't even bother to close the... gates. It was an awkward conversation to ask if they could serve me especially when I asked if the restaurant was open and theyreplied "yes". Then why aren't you taking orders instead of sitting in the dark in the middle of a well lit, busy store? Read more

They are taking order numbers off the screen before the order is ready. My order number was removed at least 5 minutes before it... was ready. Cheating their reporting to meet their KPI? Seems shady. Read more
