If I could I would give 1 star . The order we placed was a mess ! Ordered 6 chicken nuggets ,received 4 and No sauce ! Medium... fries, received small ! It is Not the first time this has happened! If they are out of stock they shouldn't make the customer wait and tell us. Especially when people wait for more than 30 mins in... drive through and when you approach them to order they give a confusing explanation stating food will take 30 mins more andlater say they don't have stock!! Was there to grab my kid lunch before we hit the highway. About a minute after leave from the back seat I hear no chicken. How... do for get the nuggets in a kids happy meal. Thanks for letting listen to a screaming 2 year old for an hour and half . Reallyput the happy in happy meal. Read more
Slooooooooow and chaotic service A customer and I ordered exactly the same thing via mobile app, my order# is before his. I'd... assume it was a first-come-first-serve basis. Apparently that was not the case, he received his drinks first. Took me another5min to receive my order. Feels like their service priority is as follows: Uber > Drive through > walk-in customers. And theyuse a true random process among walk-in customers. Little things, I know. But it's annoying, especially when you run out oftime. Read more

They take more than 3 min per car!! The line is too slow. If you want to spend your time in line you can come, otherwise i... suggest you go other store. Probably the issue is at this time (10:20 pm) i am here more than 12 min and still in line. I wasthe 5th car in the line before the mic and still waiting to order. Ordered burgers from this location. My goodness, I took one bite of it and threw out the meat. The beef was burnt, old, and... disgusting. This location wonders why there drive thru doesn?t par with other locations, they are serving meat that has beensitting way past it?s time. I don?t know where the managers are. Read more
Thad a horrible experience! ordered on the mobile app, and it was 7 hash browns in total, a breakfast sandwich, and a tea. I... don't mind waiting at 5am, but when I was given my drink and bag, my tea it felt light and warm, not hot at all. I asked the guyto top it up, and when he did that I noticed there was a LONG piece of straight hair in my food.... I had a head scarf on and itdefinitely wasn't mine. When I got my tea back I told him about the sandwich and he went to go get a fresh one... when I went toopen the lid for my tea it was overfilled, piping hot, and split all over my thigh and my car steering wheel cover! This was allcaught on the security camera too, and my thigh has a bad red burn now. Then when I finally clean myself as good as it'll get, Inotice almost all of the hash-browns are thrown upside down in the bag...
