Did a drive thru order for a double quarter pounder, order was repeated back to me and was charged. Drove home 15 minutes later... to find that i have a single. Drove back another 15 to get them to correct my order and was told I was charged a single. Thisconversation held the line for another 20 minutes. The employee handling the conversation was accommodating but the manager wasthe one giving me pushback and would not acknowledge their mistake. I didnt care if I got charged the single but atleastacknowledge the issue. Being in the hospitality business you'd think otherwise. At this point ive wasted 45 minutes since themanager refused to make the double. What bothered me more is that she deliberately is holding the line and shut off their tickettime (OEPE) system. On more then one visit to this location teenager's we're vaping inside the store. Which has caused my young son to cough while... we try to eat our meal...focing us to have to leav. When it was brought to the employees attentions instead of kicking theseindividuals out (since vaping is illegal inside a restaurant) they simply asked them not to do it in the store. I have seen manyteens vaping inside this location. Management then had the nerve to lie to my husband and tell him that they always call thepolice for such matters. The forgot my 20 piece nuggets when I ordered a 20 piece nugget meal and one happy meal! How do youforget one of the main items? Last visit my burgers looked like they were thrown together even thou it was the only order theywere working on. I've been left to stand at the cashier while 6 employees (one manager included)...took them multiple minutesto stop talking before realizing to serve me. I only got serve because the manager finally looked away from his phone whilewalking around inside the "kitchen". They worry more about socializing than they do cleaning their location. There's something about McD's that's just not the same anymore. I rarely go for the food anymore but decided to stop and get a... McChicken. The McChicken is just not the same anymore. It's gotten so tiny, the burger bun is not soft and the chicken doesn'ttaste fresh. This is my 2nd time in a few months experiencing this with the McChicken so it's not location based but moreso, theMcD's recipe. Service at this location was amazing and quick. Read more

Consistently terrible location, I usually have to go back 3 times before the order is complete. Took 25 minutes to get my order... while 10 other people waited for their messed up orders. Please do better. Read more

After all my years of mobile ordering from McDonald's drive thru, this store provided me the worst experience by far, first time... I waited in line for around half an hour and still cant get my order. The customer service is next to none, employ don't listento you when you give them your mobile order number, they shuts the windows in the middle of the conversation. Ordered and paid for 2 X-Large coffee and received one X-Large & one Large very very poor service at this location everytime... with our order never satisfied and the people who work at the window are very rude showing attitude. Read more

Ordered a filet combo through drive thru and was told in the lane 1 for my order. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to... follow up. They told me that their toaster was not working.....which doesn't make sense since they steam the bun...I went backfor a refund or a update on the order only to receive a messy meal. Quality is terrible, the employees doesn't seem to listen tothe order and always forget the simple things such as straws, napkins and their drinks are water down with no ice. Belowquality of a fast food restaurant. Definitely leaving a message to head office, I would prefer to make the 10 minute drive towolfdale burnhamthorpe location next time. Read more
