The worst experience ever. I had to change my coffee because it was the wrong order and the staff member removed the monopoly... stickers from the new cup. They told me it was the head office orders, but I did not believe this absurd excuse. Out of courtesyyou should give a complete cup with stickers not to be removed and thrown away( would they throw it if it was a winningsticker!!! I smell something fishy here!). The manager and staff member who did that lack skills to deal with customers politelyand professionally. Read more

Fries were cold, nuggets were stale, and very cheap on portions: large fry container that I ordered had what looked like a... medium sized amount of fries, I paid 60 cents for lettuce on my burger of which they generously put a single straw wrapper'sworth, and I must have missed the memo when they stopped putting cheese on McDoubles. Quality of this location has decreasedsignificantly since the renovations. Definitely not fresh, definitely not fast. Will not be going back. Read more

Drive through This was my 1st time at this location, anfd it's a strange drive through, I totally missed the intercom drove... right past. Got to the window there was onky 2 cars behind me. Told the girl and she said I had to line up again!!!! I saidwhat, just take my order I'm sure your customers have made this mistake. She said no!! I asked to speak to her manager and shesaid just one moment I'll see if she will allow it ???????????wow I waited she never came back 5 min waiting at drive through.. I just drove away.
