Rude staff - we came with a large group and would have left but we had guests and kids from out of town and did not want to ask... them to get back in cars to go somewhere else. We were asked ?are you ready to pay?? before giving our order. Pay for what? Anyway the freezer temps are too low, the ice cream is somewhat melted even before it was mixed with toppings. Once in the coneit was very soft and we did not have a great experience. I felt the owners are too cheap to run the freezers at the correcttemperatures. The cones on display on the counter were very old and falling apart. At least make a nice display for yourcustomers. Some of the cones we got were old and stale. There should be some policy to change out cones that aren?t sold intime. The server would skimp on toppings when the container was getting empty rather than change them out. The prices arevery high, $8 for a regular cone. Other items are ridiculously priced - $9 for a 110g bag of popcorn. That?s nearing $1 for10g of popcorn. Read more

Under new management everyone is so very nice, patient and extremely friendly. Every time I come in to get some ice cream I feel... very welcomed and my experience is always 5 stars. As well, the ice cream itself always tastes very fresh with a variety offlavours to choose from with unlimited toppings. Definitely recommend and worth it. Read more

There used to be a marble slab in my area now the closest one is about a 30 minute drive I was in the Mississauga area so I... decided to go in and try marble slab. Nice big clean location service was very good great ice cream and especially the waffleBowl was good. Read more

Quality of ice cream is getting bad and prices going up. Banana split quality was not upto the standard as the cream they used... was weird fatty stuff not whip cream they used to have. No coffee flavour taste in ice cream. May be new management of thisstores cutting corners. Read more

I returned back to marble slab after a very long time and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. It?s been renovated and it?s... under a new management who are very nice and friendly. They have quite a bit of staff now so you don?t have to wait forever andcomparatively to before it?s very clean and organized. Moreover, unlike the old management never scaling the ice cream and beingstingy with the toppings the new management does it by the book measuring the ice cream and generously scoop the toppings. A friend highly recommended their ice cream cakes so I decided to order one for my son?s birthday. The website was easy to... navigate and the descriptions, while simple, gave a decent idea of what to expect. Pick up experience was pleasant. I wasgreeted and offered assistance as soon as I arrived and my order was brought out to me. The staff member opened the box to showme my order so I could verify it was correct. I had brought a small cooler bag to keep the cake frozen as I was told it onlyrequired 10 minutes before serving. The lady kindly offered to help me manoeuvre the cake inside my floppy cooler bag so Iwouldn?t tip the box, all with a friendly smile. The ice cream cake was delicious and our guests enjoyed it very much,commenting that it tasted like real cream, not artificial flavouring. Will definitely be back and looking forward to trying someof the other flavours. Only suggestion to Marble Slab Creamery is that selection is limited if one is concerned about nutallergies as many of the cakes have nuts in them. Read more

A big shout out to the entire team at Marble Slab Creamery for making my son's birthday extra special , they worked with us... through out the order and even accommodated our last minute changes .
