Sign says open til 10pm. I walked in at 9:15pm, and was told that they were only serving slices as they were "closed". The two... guys there were rude, and told me it would take too long. Any pizza place can take an order, make a pizza and have it deliveredin 30mins, but these guys refused while there was stil 45min of time left til they closed. Also, they had 2 slices left, bothwere shrivelled up and looked like they'd been sitting there all day. If theyre too lazy to make a pizza well within theirbusiness hours, thats one thing. But serving old stale food tells me they dont care about the quality of the food they serve. Read more
Surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. First time picking up from here today. Got the 9.99 walk-in pepperoni and... paid the extra $3 to make it a large. The pizza was nicely cooked the way I liked it. Staff there were friendly to me. Theinterior seems like it could use a bit more upkeep but honestly for a takeaway pizza place that's not a huge deal. Will have totry again sometime to see how consistent it is. Read more
Based on the Pizza only > Chicken Pieces were less on a Lrg Pizza. If your going to charge your consumer the value over $20.00... the least you could have done is put more pieces. I did not ask for a Thin Crust Pizza, nor the person asked me how I would likeit. The Honey Garlic Wings, was super awesome and I enjoy that for sure. OMG! What a find. First time trying this pizza .. and it won't be the last. In addition to the great selection, it was also the... staff who contributed to this rating. I've ordered from this location over the years many times and just had a horrible experience with whoever was answering the... phone... The guy cut me off and was very abrupt and rude and rushed me when I was trying to explain to him I have a garlicallergy and can't have the garlic on my toast. He just proceeded to talk over me and dismiss my request and just wanted to knowwhat else I wanted to order.. It was very rude I've never been treated like that over the phone trying to place an order beforein my life! It was super unprofessional.. You need to retrain your staff on how to be polite to customers if you want business.I will not be ordering from you guys anymore you just lost a regular customer!! Read more
Inconsistent. Ordered pizza here twice. First time was a couple weeks ago and it was good. So then ordered two today and it was... bad. Very overcooked. We drove 35 mins one way to get this pizza. Got back home to realize it was so overcooked. Called thestore, they apologized and couldn't do anything else. That was more disappointing that the pizza. Read more
I was very disappointed in the pizza Mama is probably turning in her grave right now . I remember going to mama's pizza when I... was young and having a delicious slice of pizza at yorkdale mall when there used to be one there. The pizza did not have a lotof flavor Could hardly taste or see the toppings Sauce was bitter.
