I?m a regular customer here but this was enough for me to stop coming here. The worst customer service ever. Last night my... brother went in to grab pizza and bread sticks and they ended up giving him pepperoni pizza instead of cheese. We found out whenwe got home so I gave them a call and they were blaming it on him?? Their customer service is absolutely disappointing. I askedif I could come in and just grab a cheese pizza since we can?t eat pepperoni but they said we would have to pay for it again. Inthe end, I wouldn?t have minded paying again if they just admitted to their mistake. But they kept blaming it on a 14-year-oldcustomer because apparently, he should?ve known whether the pizza was pepperoni or not. I asked if I could get a name so I canspeak to the manager about this and they wouldn?t tell me and were being extremely rude and obnoxious about it. We went back tothe store for them to dispose of the pizza and one of the workers stepped up and was completely angry and disrespectful eventhough I first started talking in a polite manner. What a very bad customer service that this location have. The crew was soooo rude while I was placing my order. After taking my... order I really shocked; I asked for a customized veggie pizza which means extra fees but as you can see in the picture Ireceived a pizza with (4) tomato slices, and full of green olives. WARNING!!!!!! Horrible and terrrying bad taste. I got Italian cheese bread for my kid. She vomited after eating which really... MADE me worry a lot. Too salty and floating in the oil... . The pizza was pretty decent, but the crust was way too thin to call it 'a traditional Little Ceasars.' Despite the crust, the... pizza was not bad. They weren't cheap with the toppings. The pizza I would have given 4 ? The chicken wings were not anythingI've ever tasted from 15years of eating at Little Ceasars. The wings were seasoned in a really strong Indian spice. Dissappointed by the extremely old, dry and thin pizza I received. I go to this location frequently since it's close and... convenient. However, I notice the quality is not consistent. I've gotten these incredibly thin pizzas a few times in the pastand it's always a gamble. Sometimes the cashier will open the box to 'show' you the pizza but not always. I didn't check thepizza this time, since the last couple times were normal. Biggest. Regret. Ever. EVER. Not only is it thin but I can't taste anypizza sauce and it's old. Like really OLD. Like tough-to-chew, jerky old. It was probably sitting in the warmer for hours causeno way would a fresh pizza be tough as leather. This pizza was bought on March 18th 2019, around 8pm. You guys can't even cut a pizza correct. Got food poisoning the day after eating what I ordered. You don't cut a circular pizza... into squares. You cut them into slices like a slice of pie. I thought I'd give little ceasers a go again since it's been agessince I've had it. But im extremely disappointed. First, you ruin my pizza, and then I get sick from it?
