As a student on lunch break i was wondering if i could sample the icecream before i purchused a scoop. Once i had finally... recevied the scoop of icecream it was fairly small scoop and felt like i was overcharged.The old lady working gave me a nastyreply and terrible customer service when being very poliet and patient with her. I was disgusted with her behaviour and to betreated in this manner. It was upsetting to see people around me being accomadated in the same way. Delicious and real chocolate. I think the chocolate is what it's really famous for. It's so milky and decadent. Love it! ? But... the the ice cream I have mixed views about. The pralines and some maple one are good but the PISTACHIO and MINT are TERRIBLE!???? I feel like it depends on location cuz the Square one has way more flavours while the Erin mills one has only like 6 or 7. Read more
The server gave me a broken waffle cone and the ice cream dripped all over my shirt.
Rude manager/owner ... i?m a regular (twice a week) customer and last time I got the single scoop which looked even smaller than... the kiddy one, when I told the lady on the counter (who was probably the owner) she was very rude about it and blamed the otheremployees for always giving way too much. Plenty of other options in the mall to choose from, don?t waste your money herespecially if the owner is on top of the employees head! Read more
