Please save your money and your taste buds DON?T buy from here. If I could give negative stars I would. I sent my friend to... purchase some Filipino food for the first time close to her. Not only was the food disgusting it?s also over priced. She ordereda few things and got other things she didn?t order. Most of the food given is nothing like you would make in a typical Filipinohouse hold. I?m surprised this place didn?t shut down during the pandemic. Hopefully it will. Went there for a second time thinking the first time (bad experience) was a fluke. NOPE. Checked their posted menu. Waste of... time, as apparently they don't make what they put on their menu schedule. Spoke with the people manning the counter. Quite rudeand abrupt. I guess I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Plenty of other better places to buy from. Read more
I had a feeling when i went in the restaurant it had new owners. I called ahead to place an order and all i could here is... giggling each time i place something. I rubbed it off thinking maybe they were laughing at something else or i dont know. When iwent inside after about 30 mins from when i called i had a feeling that there is a new owner. There were 2 servers and one ofthem was kind but the other one was very very rude. And she is not ashamed of her rudeness. She shows it to customers and eyetolls? i saw about 4 eye rolls from her the whole time i was there waiting for my order. You are the face of the company as youare in the front line but all i got from you is rudeness. I ordered the crispy pata and when we got home it was just not thesame as before and a different sauce as well. Then and there i knew it is now run by a different owner. I give this rating base on huge health&safety concerns, and the way I feel their unrespect service. I get into this store since... I saw their high ratings for long, but the main reason push me out is no one wearing mask even under currentenvironments(served/chef). one guy even put his fingers into his mouth when he separate bag and box. even this I still want togive them at least one chance. BUT another reason is the server pass me to help her friends? order without explaining after10min wait the customer ahead of me. I believe basic rules for any business is responsible and respecting for to your business,product, and customer no matter how good the food. You may have good food and chefs but not good business. Food is bland, ordered bicol express, watery and bland, not an ounce of spice, same with their pancit, bland as well. The guy... working (most probably the owner) there is rude not only to customers but also to the other staff (2 old ladies) that worksthere. My other relatives that was supposed to order just gave up on them and left because of the guy being so rude. I alreadyordered and didnt want to waste the ladies time by cancelling my orders. Ordered crispy liempo 3x. The first two orders was well prepared, cooked, and it was truly crunchy and delicious. However the... third one was a bit disappointing. Although it has the crunch, but it also has an unpleasant fishy smell and taste. To theowner, kindly cook the pork meat and fish separately with separate oil. Thanks. Read more
If one has a craving for crispy pata (crispy pork hock) this is the place to go. It is melt in your mouth delicious. The skin is... so crunchy and crispy and the meat is well seasoned and flavourful. It is tender, juicy and moist and served with vinegar. Onehas to call in advance though to make sure of availability since it is clearly a best seller. They have other Filipino food aswell and also have party tray menus. Read more
