Every time I order online for pick up its NEVER ready, and they never have white meat. Its always the same line, 'its going to... be 15 minutes' . All you do is sell chicken, c'mon. I quit. I am not ever coming back as I'm sick of waiting for pick up when ishow up 10mins late and they don't have white meat. I think its a scam to give you all dark meat. I ordered a 10 piece and therewere 3 wings and 1 rib, rest was dark meat. I feel ripped off and will go to another location or Popeye's. Im sure the owner istelling staff to be like this to increase profits. Read more
So today I wrote KFC head office Because the feeds 4 family deal had to buy a EXTRA large frys To feed 4 adults.. See pictures... below and the 2 salads were empty with 4 teaspoon full lOOK HOW A KETCHUP PACKAGE IS LONGER THAN SALADS... NOT KIDDING.... Unsavoury to say the least. Ordered a 10 pc bucket, w/ 3 large sides, that being: macaroni, fries and gravy. The chicken was... bland. What happened to 11 herbs and spices? Taste like a sprinkle of salt and a dash of black pepper, and that?s beinggenerous. Most of the pieces given were small wing cutlets, and breast- majority white meat, not even a single drumstick??Unfortunate. Fries: stale, and poorly seasoned. Not much to say here? Gravy: good consistency, but again- taste stale. Doesn?ttaste how it used to taste, and KFCs gravy used to be the best! Now only a distant memory. Unfortunate. Macaroni: the onlything with flavour and the only thing I was able to finish. For a fried chicken restaurant.. it?s sad that their macaroni saladis the highlight of the meal? and not the chicken. Again.. unfortunate. Hopefully this location improves down the road, theonly redeeming quality is that the place looks nice and modern. With Popeyes Louisiana opening along Winston Churchill.. went there yesterday, dubble asked if they serve an original recipe batter- the woman at the counter confirmed -they are! My 10... pcs. chicken tasted no different than Wallmart batter I could prepare myself at home! nothing like the original KFC recipe! Thefrench fries were stalled- luke warm, cole slaw, potato salad, gravy not available, got strangely tasting corn as the onlyoption. I've had such a appetite for KFC but after my recent visit to 950 Southdown Rd. Unit B1 in Mississauga, ON. Canada KFCI'll never go there again. Hardly none of KFC franchises serve the original KFC recipe batter anymore anywhere. Going there is awaste of money. Read more
We?ve been here numerous times and (most) of the time it?s good! This time, we were asked to wait 25 minutes for chicken (which... for not being busy is almost unacceptable to not have chicken prepared when you all you sell is chicken?). The cashier who wasserving us was more interested in another conversation, at a few points I had to slightly raise my voice to get her to payattention to my partner and I. After we waited the 25 minutes, all employees were staring at us while the chicken was sitting onthe rack (we had view of this), I was the one who had to engage to break up their conversations, to which they said ?yeah we?llstart preparing it now?. As she was preparing I heard her talking about us to her colleague as they were staring at us aswell. They don?t wear their masks properly and don?t have proper hygiene practices. The gentleman who took out the trash,handled the broom, went back to touching products in the kitchen. I don?t expect 5 star service from KFC, but I do think it?sunacceptable for the behaviours displayed by the employees. Read more
Although this location wasn't busy, there was no one in the store at all, we had to wait 20 mins for the chicken to be cooked.... It wasn't even late, where some KFC's close up the kitchen in the back early. So we went to the grocery store to shop while wewaited for our food to be cooked. We were gone for 15 mins and the food wasn't ready. Oh well. Read more
Really nice, brand new KFC. So happy they came to Clarkson. Must be a new design they are doing. Everything brand new, nice... modern decor, the team has been trained very well. Probably the best KFC I?ve ever had. So fresh and tasty! Didn?t miss a singlething in the order and were very courteous and friendly. They served the food to our table and brought the condiments too.
