Had a craving for a chicken sandwich after a long walk. They were open 30 minutes later than the sign said and I ordered the... KFC famous chicken sandwich and was very disappointed at the size of the chicken in the sandwich. Terrible service by the girl at the counter wearing glasses. The manager who is very polite who works in the kitchen but this... girl on the cash counter is horrible, should be fired. Has no sense of customer service, is terrible at communication skills,has no respect for customers, probably a fresher or a student perhaps. Never going back to this place with such terrible andhorrible customer service. KFC should hire more customer oriented staff and not such trash. I respect the manager who was in thekitchen but not the customer service up front. The customer service at the cash counter with glasses who served on sundayevening should be fired as she has no customer service skills. Friendly staff, very nice place to go. Has seeding to eat in and dine. Has men and women's washroom that are both usable right... now. You order your food and then you get your drinks to the left side of the cashiers. The dining is behind and the entrance tothe door is to the back of the right and it's not too small not too big it's it's about 30 people, when it's full. It doesn'thave a wheelchair entrance. I am vegetarian and one of my friend suggested me to try kfc?s plant based chicken burger. I decided to try kfc around 9:30 at... night and I went here. It was almost a closing time for them because I reached there around 9:55. I just asked them that i amhere for plant based chicken burger and they happily accepted my order and made me a burger and fries combo during their closingperiod. For customer service I will definitely give 5 stars. Burger was so good. I tried it for first time and I loved it.Fries was also good. The burger patty was nice and crispy. The only thing i felt missing was dressing portion. They put dressingin burger but i felt it wasn?t enough. There should be bit more dressing to make burger more tastier. Other than that i lovedit. Had a recent makeover, very modern and clean. The employee has to open the washroom for access. KFC has a special going on.... Purchased take out for the little one. 2 chicken combo pack for $5.28+ hst. Their are other features at this price. Read more
Today is the third time the employees of this location refused me to used the washroom. When I confronted and told them it?s the... third time they refused me to used the washroom they said denied it. I think they refused me to use the washroom is because ofthe color of my skin. Even though they?re from India they they don?t like black people.
