This is easily the worst KFC location in the GTA. The staff here go out of their way, as if they are being paid to, to destroy... orders and frustrate customers so that they never come back. Either it is extremely long wait times, cold food, or they getyour order wrong all together. The issue stems from the work ethic and awareness of the staff. Majority of the staff do not takepride in their work and it shows with their sloppy body movements and lack of enthusiasm when you order. Just today, I askedfor a bean fries supreme and a bean taco, instead, they put beef in both, a mistake which happens time to time. However, this iswhere it gets annoying. I went back to get what I originally ordered and I was met with absolute malice. First, I was told,that I did not ask for beans for both orders, funny thing is, I did, yet they say all four people inside heard me ask for beef.Funny, because I have been vegetarian for the past month, so why would I order beef? Carrying on, I came back to get my correctorder, I was met with hostility at the window. First I was told to ask for beans when I order as the regular items are beef offthe bat. I knew this, hence why I asked for beans. Then the girl goes on to explain how "this time" they will fix my order.What? If you get my order wrong and I've paid for it, the responsibility falls on you to fix it and give me what I asked for,what do you mean "this time". In addition, there was no receipt in the bag, they do this often, so there is no proof of whatyou ordered. Negligence all around at this location, the exterior and interior may have received an upgrade but clearly thetraining has not. I have no idea why they turned a molehill into a mountain, they always do this. I just wanted my bean friessupreme and bean supreme taco. This has to be the worst KFC I ever been to. It's the closest one for me but the time they make you wait even when your the... only one in the drive thru is ridiculous. Seeing that we are coming out of a pandemic you think that they would handle yourfood with caution, No. The cashier will take your money with gloves on then go and make your sandwich smh. Not hygienic atall. All in all with or without the reno this location by far is awful I would rate 0 if I could. Read more
I cant even explain the disappointment. I placed an order with this store on skip and instead of sending me a popcorn poutine... what I ordered for she sent me a regular poutine. And when i called them she literally said i was lying and that she made me apopcorn poutine. And when i said i can send u a picture, this rude as so called manager on duty tells me that i might have tookall the popcorns out of the poutine. I dont know what kind of a customer service is that but if the store owner is looking atthis review right now than sir or mam u need to fire this lady right. Ordered online to pick up. Get told there no salads for the 5 large sides I say ill take mash potatoes and fries and I only got... 3 sides. Ordered two can dine spicy burgers and got some weird non spicy burgers. Order the same meal other places never anissue. This place was a hot mess. Read more
I honestly wish I could give them a negative rating. The lady who took our order did not ask us whether we wanted to dine in or... take out. She assumed that we would take out. We ordered the original kfc sandwich combo and the big crunch combo. The bigcrunch combo was horrible. The bun was "extremely" floury. When I bought this to the attention of the manager Harman, she didoffer a replacement but was extremely rude and was not apologetic for a single moment. She kept arguing how it was notfungus/mold. I don't think that is the attitude a manager should have. Being the manager, she should have apologized and triedhandling the situation calmly. Horrible experience overall. I wish I could give them Zero but i have to gave them at least 1. I order 4 plant based combo on Sunday and they gave all the... buns with mold on it. We complain about it but the shift Manager Gaurav was extremely rude. He was denying that it?s not a mole,i told him that i am Pregnant but still he was talking in aggression having no manners. I'm really disappointed. I came to this location around lunch time and ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and the chicken was very... bland. On July 7th I had the same order and it was the best chicken that I have ever had from any KFC PERIOD! I kept coming backand it was never the same ????. I don't who was in the kitchen that day, but they were good. I will have to give up, I don'tthink who ever that was is still there. Read more
This KFC on Goreway is the absolute worst KFC.i Love Love KFC for years but there chicken is always slimy and the manager has... admitted to knowingly serving pink chicken. Something needs to be done it's a very serious someone could actually die from that.It's just crazy that they are still in business. Read more
