Went last night for half price wings. Service was absolutely terrible. No hostess at the front door. Went to seat ourselves.... Place wasn’t busy at 9pm. Took over 15 min to take our order. Wings came late and extremely overcooked. Had to ask for plates3 times to leave our finished wing. Don’t bother with the wings. Seems Kelsey’s franchise is going downhill fast. Spend yourmoney and time somewhere else with good food and appreciation. Read more

Restaurant totally understaffed. Great waitress but long waits for order taking, food and drink arrivals. Food disappointing... quality poor. General cleanliness was poor. Washroom were disgusting. Two out of the three ladies stalls blocked and full. Men'salso dirty and both badly needed a good clean. One of our party became ill the next day with stomach upset. Read more

I went with a group of 7 people, so not that many people. First they gave us all waters which was great, however they not once... came to the table and asked us if we wanted another water, or even came to the table at all. I believe I saw the waitress about3 times during my entire meal. For my meal, I had the steak stack, and one of the two pieces of the stack had 1 strip of steak.I am very displeased with my experience at this Kelsey’s and I suggest to anyone in the area to find another restaurant to eatat. Ordered online and went to pick up 40 minutes later. Got in and waited for five minutes before being greeted. Said I had an... online order and they took my name to go check. She disappears into the back not to be seen again. Another person walks byanother 5-10 minutes later and takes my name. She disappears into the back. Thankfully a few minutes later she cames out with myorder. Get it home and noticed the $8 ceaser salad we ordered came with no dressing. Also, a very small portion for an $8 salad.We called to have the salad credited but was told that the person on the phone was a Manager in training and didn’t know whatto do. We were told to leave our number and we’d get called back…Note: We did not get called back. We are very disappointedand wanted to share this experience. Lack of value and poor service! The location we went to is always a bit slower my thinking is it would be so mich faster! Right? So when you walk in there is a... giant logo wall, which is great and looks beautiful. However unless you have an actual hostess or employee at the door greetingpeople. This actually prevents them from seeing customers who come in. I typically always order the same items, either chickenfried chicken or fajitas. This time i thought lets try something different...i wont do that again ????. I had the steak andcheese stack, based on its description and photo it looked like philly cheese style quesadilla wrap thing. It was ok flavorwise. I would unlikely give it a tey again would never get it again though. I think there was 1 mushroom and like 3 red peppersmostly sauce and an insane amount of onions. which made it very soggy to eat. I paired it with crazy fries which i also wouldnot get again i regret not getting the ceaser salad. I ordered a spicy ceaser and it was on point, it was delicious. Best partwas, it was actually spicy. I would still go back cause the items i mentioned like fajitas and chicken fried chicken are alwaysgreat. Read more

I got the non-breaded wings and they were over cooked, with very little meat on them. $30 for what you see in the picture - not... very good value. Taste 2/5. Quality 1/5. Value 1/5. Excellent customer service. The patio seating was awesome. The staff took all the safety measures and made sure we were... comfortable. The food was served on time. Would definitely revisit more and more. We went for an office get together first timeafter the lockdown eased and it was an amazing experience. Read more
