I went and got a goodlife special discount for 3.99 a burger? very flavourless and tiny burgers. The meat didn?t taste the same... or has high quality?just overall not what I expected from hero burger. Also even when you call ahead you HAVE TO wait tenminutes or more in store. It?s crazy. Also I requested no relish on the phone? and they asked me again in person and I said Itold on the phone? and they added relish to my burgers! Like why did we talk on the phone at all? ???????? I love hero burger, but this location isn?t it. The staff is a mess, they have 5 people working in the back and they messed up... everyone?s order (everyone was laughing at the employees because of how they?re such a mess). When I opened my burger at home,oh man it was a disaster. WAY to much sauce, loaded it with every topping I ordered and half the stuff was already out of thebun (I had to reassemble everything myself). It was a waste of money. I couldn?t even finish the burger because of how not tastyand messy it was. Best hero burger branch in the GTA. The meat is never under or over cooked and the burgers are made with a lot of care, in... comparison to a few other branches I?ve been to. I have loved hero burgers and their fries, but the quality has become so poor now. We got the spicy jalapeno burger and the... burgers had way too much sauce and all we could taste was the spicy sauce and not the chicken or anything else. It was really sobad, the chicken was over fried and the sauce was just slapped on and so overpowering that we did not finish our burgers. Theirfries used to be the thick cut fries which tasted so amazing but now their fries are like any other fast food chain.Disappointing. Read more
