I wouldn't recommend this specific location, Gino's has amazing quality but the service from Twain Ave tonight was very.... Unfortunate. We waited over an hour for our order and when we called, apparently our delivery was delayed because the drivergot pulled over. Then when the food arrived, it was cold on top of the driver expecting cash, even though we said we were payingdebit. They suggested e-transfer... Calling in again, they wanted to give us store credit instead of a discount due to the poorservice. We aren't unreasonable, the situation was just too bizarre. Whoever we spoke to wanted us to still pay in full and cometo pay because the driver forgot a machine. The poor problem solving was unsatisfactory, they complicated things. Read more

Ordered pizza today. It arrived squished with the cheese stuck to the box. Called to complain and was told I would be called... back. Was called back by the same person. Now they're sending someone to replace and pick up the original pizzas (I offeredphotos, they refused). It has been an hour and my kids are hungry (we were told not to eat the pizza!). Asked to speak to amanager and they said no. Asked for a refund and they said no. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Read more

Omfg The best pizza I?ve ever had in my life in all honesty. The crust was different from every other Gino?s Pizza. It was nice... and soft covered with a nice light crisp. The sauce and the toppings were all at a good ratio. The girl was super nice and I?mpretty sure she also set a world record with how fast this pizza was made. Read more
