Thought this place would be flashier since it?s Toronto. Staff were professional and helpful. Plenty of places to get a snack or... bite to eat. Vending machines to tempt you (cake? Wow). It?s was fairly straightforward to get around and easy to navigate.Security staff were professional and efficient. Wish the chairs at the gates had plugs for charging. I really love Toronto Pearson Airport. It's huge and clean. My only concern is how the airline employee handles the delayed and... cancelled flights. Our Air Canada via Japan flight got cancelled and we were confused of the instructions given.. it took usanother few hours to re arrange everything. We were in stressed and hungry. Can even go to the washroom cause we were scared tolose our turn. Service a bit slower than before and fewer employees! You need to pack extra patience. ?? Read more

Horrible horrible.. if you have a connecting flight from here, highly recommend to avoid it. They don't have a system for... connecting flights at all. People are gathered up in one tiny room with no space for them to get a proper seat. There is NoWater or food or any way for us to get it.. I hear people complaining but no one seems to care what travelers have tosay. Basically stuck in this room with other frustrated travelers for another 3 hours and I want is some water and sandwich???? I wonder if people who came up with this system has ever traveled with connecting flights. Just saying. This is horrible. Read more

The A terminals for USA flights are very outdated and utterly dirty. It's way too smaller place to Handel so many people. This... place needs serious upgradations.. it looks like it is airport of some bankrupt country. Walls are dirty and high touch areaslike walls and pillars are so dirty and full of finger prints as if never cleaned or wiped.. guys give contact to a cleaningcompany.. And don't talk about toilets.. so so dirty. I haven't seen so bad in Canada ever.. see photos.. the A6 zone isdepressing. Just 2 toilets that too common for male female.. Why such small dirty place in Canada largest city.. Flights aredelayed, carpet dirty and old. Seriously feels like vomiting.. sorry but this is my worst review.. only question is why? It's nojoke. Large airport with a great variety of shops to browse in as well as restaurants to stop and eat at while waiting for your... flight. Connecting flights are easy to get to for domestic flight changes. Lots of drop off and pick up areas, and the taxipick-ups are easy to find. We were in Toronto for a few days between flights and the Excess Baggage Company was EXCELLENT forleaving our larger suitcases so we didn?t have to carry them around. Read more

This is a huge airport and looks impressive. As one of the older airports, there?s long walks and space between gates. It also... has a fairly decent shopping experience here. Pre-Clearance would have been nice and cut down on time. However if you don?t,like I didn?t, expect to wait. It was optional but no signs indicated that and the stations at Customs was a mess and weren?tworking. On my return to the US, Changes on the flight with gates was a bit unclear and customer service was some good some notso good. This airport is great for facilitating international flights but needs some reorganization and Updating of facilities. Wait time for planes was 4 hours with like 10 announcements about plane time updates. Ugh. I hope to see improvements nexttime. Read more

2022 June 4? YYZ - domestic flight via Air Canada Pearson international airport is nice and clean. Lots of stores inside and... can almost be like it's own shopping destination on its own. Places to eat and drink. Lounges for the wealthy/elites and benchesfor the rest of us. There's even a small kids play area. Though personally, they should make it larger and geared towardseveryone. With the amount of time spent waiting for your flight, you'd think that they should partner up with Playdium/The RecRoom to offer this. Have some video games or something to kill time. No real complaints. The staff try to do what they cangiven the resources available. Sure it can be better but there's no infinite money either. Still a great airport. I was last here in 2010. A lot has changed in 12 years. It has a feel of one of many international airlines I frequented in the... past. Many self-serve stations and kiosks. Everything can be done with smartphones. It is actually a disadvantage if you aren'ttechnically adept. From what I have seen, everyone is wearing masks and security is enforcing mask wearing.
