Went here for grilled chicken, and its what I got ???? It is similar in style to Nandos. They have 4 options or spice... levels. Service was good and we didn?t have to wait very ling to get our order. I?ll give full marks for the chicken but thesides are average, potatoes were slightly undercooked. Delicious! Although the portion size could be a little better. The peri peri hot chicken was amazing. The flavoured rice comes... with red and green peppers. I'd totally recommend the garlic peri peri sauce , it went really well with the chicken and therice. Would definitely visit it again! Read more

Out of all the locations visited. This has to be the lowest experience's in their Canadian Chain. To start has the least... comfortable atmosphere. Not a lot of sitting space. Order counter is covered in take out containers. You?ve taken the time toresponse to other similar grievances but no actual action taken. Such as customer concerns that the chicken was dry as sandpaper. Puri puri fries were undercooked to the point I left my plate full. All the sauces left on the table to roast in the sunwere completely runny. The last but not least the piece of hair in my Caesar salad. This is just typical Heartland town centreincompetency. Decided to give Galito?s a try with a friend. We ordered a 1/4 chicken breast with a side of rice and coleslaw. The portion was... good, but nothing exceptional. The chicken and rice were at most average, yet the coleslaw was well done. Also, we felt that forthe price paid, the portion should?ve been a bit bigger. Giving 3 stars as the main item on the menu was not up to the mark. We had ordered the 25 years special platter. Service was... prompt and we did not had to wait long. The sides also tastes good but the grilled chicken was burnt(as in the first pic) andhard. These guys really need to work towards improving their grilled section. Read more
