Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. There is both great food and dessert Waffle-O inside this bright... restaurant. Food was fresh and the garlic sticks are very soft and delicious. Galito's has always been delicious with their options of rice, fries, chicken and shrimp. I used to go to Nando's all the time... for the peri peri sauce and same type of meals now its nice to know there is another place similar to that. They have added anew addition of desserts called Waffle-O. Make sure you share or have enough space to eat it all with their assortment ofwaffles and crepes with ice cream and so many delicious toppings or their milkshakes. It's a lot to eat but so tasty ! I wouldrecommend the Canadian Moo-se and the banana boat ! Staff here are very friendly but I think they may need an extra person tohelp out with the waffle station when it gets busy or a lot of people come in together. Came into this resteraunt right at opening time 12pm. Entered and placed my order, customer service wasn't the most... Friendliest, washroom was filthy, some of the tables in the resteraunt weren't even wiped, but with the virus and everythinggoing on 99% resteraunts always have night cleaners come in and clean and sanitize the property, it looks like galito's at theMavis and central Pkwy location has 0 interests in keeping the property clean, from washrooms and countertops and tables to seatthe guests are mostly not wiped down. For health and safety purposes, stay as far as possible from this location. I hope andhighly suggest the owner of the galito's property coaches the employees and hires night cleaners to keep the property and cleanand sanitized, because this is unacceptable during the pandemic. Update : spent almost $33 on the combata platter and theportion was just sad. Read more

I love Galito's! I defs like it more than Nando's! Amazing grilled chicken and the fries are out of this world! So tasty and a... must have!!!! Can't wait to go back! They also have some awesome desserts that I wanna try next time. Read more
