Absolutely terrible! I ordered over Uber from this location from the first time. I always write servers times I have celiac and... a very serious gluten allergy - do not heat chicken. The chicken was heated (which they heat on a grill which has gluten wrapson it), and there was a wonton write on top of the food which also contains gluten and wheat. The salad was also a mess barelyany kale and all mushy quinoa. Waste of money and a lunch that I was not able to eat because it was contaminated with gluten.Luckily I didn?t eat it without noticing and have a reaction. Less than one star Read more

It is sad to say that this Freshii location is not living up to the franchise expectations and social recognition. This Freshii... location has always let me down whenever I ordered food there for the past year. Over the course of a year, I ate there probably5 times (I only review places I have been to once I had several dishes and/or visited there more than twice). For the majorityof my complaints, it comes down to two issues: 1. The portions are not as filled in comparison to other Freshii locations 2. Thepreparation and quality control is not good. I have always wondered why are they giving me about 80% portioning in comparison tothe other locations I have been to? Is it the limited resources of food they have? Or more the motivation to save on costs?Based on the three photos I submitted, I think it's more of the lack of quality and care. Several times when I ordered food thatcontains edamame and kale, they are I believe stale and the stem of the kale leaf should not be like this. I really do not likegiving negative reviews however this Freshii location needs to improve. I will eventually return to see if their quality andquantity of food has improved in. The only two redeeming qualities are: 1. their location as it's near a gym and also across apopular movie theater district in Mississauga and 2. The look of the place is up to standard. If you want food from Freshii,please go to the Heartland location which is barely a 10 minute drive away. Updated review: Coming back to this location aftermy initial review, I ordered and ate twice at this establishment. Both times the food was good however I still stand by what Isaid. There is still a lack of care and quality. Both my orders did not have filled bowls and also a long stem of kale was leftin the bowl yet again. Both times were orders of the umamii salad. I absolutely love the fresh brand. I have it at the union location and it's always AMAZING. however this location, should just... be closed down.
