I was there in freshii and there was a young girl who is tall and thin, and she was soo rude with me and with my next customer... as well. And the bowl which she gave me was literally a mess, I couldn?t even eat and the smoothie was not like a smoothieinstead of smoothie I can just say it as a drink. I have raised the concern but she didn?t even heard about it and was soo rudewhile I was paying the bill. I would not recommend this store at all. Read more
I stop here every time i come to town centre. Came here today evening and i was in a bit hurry. Ordered a Fiesta salad and the... service was very quick even though sometimes it takes very long. Food didn?t taste fresh, I ordered tofu Buddha bowl and there were only 4 small cubes of tofu (paid extra $3 for that). Bowl was... super messy when handed to me. Paid extra for mushrooms and there was only a teaspoon of mushrooms. Parts of my bowl were coldtoo. Everything just wasn?t fresh. Expensive and portion was small. So I work downtown and have had many bowls from Freshii, most of them good or very good. I had one not in GTA and it was... superlative. This experience was disappointing to say the least. Ordered an Oaxaca with my normal replacement of the SpicyPeanut Sauce rather than the Spicy Yogurt sauce. First a trainee was making it, being trained by a staff. However the traineewas putting everything together which I think was not perfectly done. First the quantity was way less than normal, as they dohave set measurements. Second the dressing was so less and not mixed properly that some bites had just enough or none at all.Also when you pay extra for Tofu, you expect a respectable quantity - hardly four or six pieces at best. I had always wanted to try Freshii and today I chose it from all the choices I had at the food court. I had the Oaxaca bowl. ... Even thought it was on special and with extra protein of eggs my bill came to $15 which I think is really expensive!!! (It was acombo meal with a drink and chips) I thoroughly enjoyed it as it is my kind of food which has a balance of carbs and proteinbut I wish they would put more of that pink sauce as the rice seemed very dry. I am a small eater so the portion was perfect. Also the black turtle beans were not enough and what was shocking the tiny amount of corn they put considering what Ipaid. Service was good but not as fast as I would have like it as everything is ready so it?s just assembling it. The placeseemed neat. Read more
