I?m a regular at This location. Came in 1 hour before they close, got a little cheeseburger. I went to ran some errands after... and when I was home I started eating it and I found two pieces of black hair. I threw out my burger immediately. I tried callingbut like I said I I came in an hour before they close. I called the next day to let the manager know about the situation and itseems like she didn?t take it seriously. I feel like I ate a survival meal in the woods. We just had a bad experience at 5 Guys located at Dundas and Dixie. I'll say... from the start that we should have gone back to get a better meal but we were in the car and already gone when we beganeating. Our order was for a grilled cheese sandwich and a veggie sandwich with cheese. Let's tackle the grilled cheese. Thesandwich was the size of a MacDonald's burger. It was overflowing with cheese, a good thing, except that the cheese must havebeen like Kraft sliced cheese or cheese from a bottle. Either way, while there was lots, we couldn't taste the cheese. Blandmaybe. The grilled veggie sandwich with cheese, + $1, came without cheese. It also came without any dressing. The bun was a MacDsesame bun. The onions, mushrooms, and peppers were barely grilled. I only know they were grilled fro. Some brown spots on thepeppers. These 3 ingredients were in the bun with lettuce and no condiments. This sandwich was so Bland, unsatisfactory and notwhat we expected from this restaurant. We couldn't finish the sandwich. Was it our bad luck? Bad location? One of the worst location I bought large fries today as like last 5 years i am eating fries only from the five guys. Today i saw... a new guy he only gave me half of fries for my order. I asked him and he replied me this is the quantity pf large fries they aregiving to customers and i said no in 5 years first time i got these much fries and i paid 7.60 for that fries. My first time ever here. Burgers weren't the best I've ever had but OK. Good room to social distance. Good ventilation inside... for sitting down to eat. No tea, coffee or any milkshakes. Food is ok, but this is probably one of the dirtiest 5 guys. There are piles and piles of peanut shell on the floor, the tables... are dirty and unclean. The ordering is also a nightmare. People waited 20 minutes for something as simple as just fries. Thereceipt machine is broken and they are not telling people their number, and the soda machine is also broken... All and all,there are other better burger place nearby, I wouldn't recommend this place. Read more
