This is possibly one of the WORST restaurants I've ever eaten at. If I were able to leave a 0-star rating I would. To start off,... I came in on Thursday at 5:15 and ordered 2 Dunk Cheese Burgers. I told the cashier that I did not want anything spicy(including sauces), and just wanted ketchup. Once I placed the order, I proceeded to use the washroom and was disgusted. Thehandicap washroom was locked and the male and female washrooms were filthy; no soap or toilet paper. Once our food was ready, aman (the manager I'm assuming) brought it to our table, so my friend and I proceeded to eat it. When I picked up my burger, itwas dripping with oil and sauce and then took a bite only to realize that it was extremely spicy. I looked at the menu again tocheck if it was supposed to be spicy, but there was no indication of the spice level for that burger. My friend and I told theemployees that we weren't satisfied and the man who brought the food to our table started arguing with us saying that there wasnothing wrong with it, then finally asked if he would like the cook to remake them for us without spice. When he brought us ourfood for the SECOND time, we took a bite and was still EXTREMELY spicy. I asked for a takeout box, left the restaurant, thenproceeded to throw out my food. I was immensely annoyed considering I spent $40 on food that I ended up throwing out, and lefthungry. I will never be returning here, and do not recommend this place to others. Read more

If you feel yourself down and disappointed, this place will completely change your mood. Their desserts are amazing and tasty,... nice atmosphere, good decoration, welcoming staff. Will try their burgers next time if they have promotion, otherwise theirdesserts are the reason why Ill keep coming here. Read more

The decor of the place is nice. I can't really say much about the food. A few of the crepes options weren't available so we... chose the Dunk Specialty. I rarely choose crepes with fruits as most are sour and tart. But these were ripe and the crepe wasok. Presentation wise..not very appealing. The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I went for my son's birthday and my kids loved... it. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. This place used to be great when it was Dunk N Dip, now after the rebrand they have lost the taste and menu. The food is... horrible not at all good. The major problem is it is not at all warm or hot. The crepes used to be a signature dish now it iscold and not easy to cut (Very hard). This place used to be one of my favourite places in Mississauga. Hope the management fixthe menu, and taste. We have returned the crepe and even the remade crepe is worse than the first one. Read more
