This location was my go to location, until about 6 to 8 months ago. The pizzas were really good, toppings were loaded, extra... cheese was extra cheese.. then it's like there was a change in management. Now they are skimpy on toppings, especially thecheese.. now the pizzas are over cooked.. they dough not properly proofed. Uneven stretching of the dough, thin in the middleand thicker on the outside crust. I use to order weekly sometimes twice a week, now I have switched to another location wherethe pizzas are almost perfect. I wish there was a corporate line to complain to but there doesn't seem to be one. Read more
My pizza was ultra thin, seems like they stretched the large into x-large. As a result it became soggy with too much tomato... sauce - Also, for last many times, even after the order shows as ready, I have been told to wait as it is still in theover/being cut/quality check etc. It seems they are managing their performance well by marking the order ready even when it isnot. This has led to frustration with the customers who have to wait even when the board says that the order is ready. Sometimesthe wait is well 5 to 6 minutes. Read more
The guy over charged me too miser on toppings and charged us for extra sauce too we already paid for alfredo sauce and I never... knew thick crust is a charge at dominos I should have done online order thought to give more profit to store directly regret somuch so 12.99 large 4 topping pizza costs me 20.33 seriously??? I ordered form this location instead of my local one since it was on my way home from visiting family. Won't happen again. I... picked up my pizza and got home only to realize they gave me the wrong pizza. I went back and when I showed them the attendantcould only say "oh". No apology at anytime for the mistake. She then turned around and found my actual pizza. It had beensitting there for over 30 min at this point. Instead of offering to remake it or at least heat it up again she just handed itto me. She only offered to heat it up again after I opened it and confirmed it wasn't hot anymore. Instead of letting me havethe mistake pizza as an apology, since it couldn't be used, she took it back. Worst pizza ever... They put NO cheese! It was supposed to be a four topping pizza: green pepper (full), mushroom (full), olive... (half), and onion (half). Cheese is always included. I haven't tried pizza from multiple places but like the Domino's pizza. It's not greasy. Tried the Pizza Hut pizza and it was... sooooo greasy almost made me sick. The toppings are fine, a little less cheese though. Read more
First time ordering from this location. Did two separate orders with coupon codes that came in the mail came with cheesy bread... and drinks to go with it. Orders were well prepared and hot when we brought it home. I believe one of the order was prepared byMo according to the app. The were generous with cheese on all orders. Toppings were fresh and they were not skimping out on iteither. Glad we decided to try this location out. Read more
I won?t even give 1 star. Today?s experience was so unexpected. I got my order delivered 1:45 hr after my order was placed. The... pizza was cold and I was starving by the time I received the order. This delay is unacceptable. You defended the purpose ofordering pizza. I would have cooked a whole meal in that time. I feel like I wasted my points in getting a cold pizza after 1:45hr. Read more
