I have been eating pizza from this Domino's store for over a decade. It's consistently delicious. I'm in the delivery zone of... another Domino's (Erin Centre) but that one is inconsistent, and I've had a few bad pizzas from them, so I drive to thislocation for pick up. I'd give 5 stars in the past, but lately I feel like the meat toppings are less abundant now. And my lastfew pizza's have had the issue of not being properly cut through into pieces with the pizza roller and we didn't have a knife sowe had to tear the pieces by hand, very messy and not as appetizing! I ordered online a crunchy crust vegetarian pizza today. One of the options i picked was light cheese on the pizza. The pizza we... got had excess cheese and hence did not meet my expectations. We have been regular customers ( almost once a week types ) forthe past 7-8 years and were sorry to see the deterioration in standards. I called to complain and the customer service personinstead of listening to me tried to justify and argued away. I trust some corrective action will be taken by the management. Read more

Good pizza. Affordable price. Fast delivery.

I called in to order a pizza during a pizza promo. When I was greeted the lady I spoke to said there was a shortage and they... were no longer making pizzas.The special was $3.50 pizzas for a medium ;cheese in support of erinoakids. So the promo was until7 PM I called at five just to make sure I verified and said so you?re not making any more pizzas and she said no there is ashortage. Wow, got the SickKids charity day special today. This is my regular store and today was unexpectedly A great promotion for a... great cause!! Great staff preparing great pizzas at a grated ( cheese pun) price. The medium pepperoni is perfect size for acouple of seniors sharing. Couldn't help but finish the whole thing. I notice the staff work efficiently and are super friendly.Thanks for the great service . Read more

I asked for well-done Pizza extra well done and the top came well done but the inside is soggy and when I went to go rip a piece... of pizza off this is what happened.. (pic) the one I wanted well done got well done on top but the dough is not cooked all theway through and hence why I ripped in half and the one I didn't want well done comes well done now it's too well done and it's athin crust pizza this is the 2nd time I've ordered from this location I'll never order from them again in fact because there'sno other locations around me I'll never order from Domino's again I've been a longtime customer and I recently moved to a newarea this is disgusting and the customer service is horrible management is rude the people who answer the phone or rude with theexception of Shaweb? This location seems to be understaffed on Mondays. I ordered a thin crust pizza at the Winston Churchill store. The pizza was... overcooked and burned. It tasted like cardboard. While I was waiting to pick up my Pizzas, I noticed quite a few angry peoplewaiting as orders were over 30 mins late, and also other burned pizzas. This was also a car side pickup. There were about 5people waiting with their lights blinking. This store has repeatedly ignored the car side pickup orders. I had to go into thestore to pick up my order. This was a Monday order and I do expect some volume issues can be expected, but in the last fewmonths, this store has gone downhill.
