I can't understand why they have such a low rating. Service was excellent and quick. Portions are generous. The toilets are... clean. Pancakes are perfect. Our waitress was impeccable and friendly. Excellent parking. The only blemish here are the streakyglass lamp shades over the entrance desk. Sorry about the picture but it was too good to mess around taking pictures beforeeating. Read more
Very fast and friendly service. Portions are good. Food is very tasty. My server Mary was a delight, I was able to take my time... and enjoy my meal. It makes a big difference to the start of your day when you don't feel rushed. Read more
We went to this Dennys for the first time. Seems to need some renovations as the place looks like it hasn't been upgraded in... years. Very dark browns which makes it feel dark. We asked to be seated by the window. Food was good and service was good too.I'd probably go to a more open and cheerful location where there is more light. Read more
Went to have some brunch, left happy. The inside of the place is surprisingly large with good seating and nice looks. Had the... poutine and the mozzarella sticks as a starter with the country fried steak as a main. Overall really happy with my visit andthe food came relatively fast. Read more
While the food was adequate, there was a very longgg wait after seating before our group received our food after ordering on a... Sunday afternoon. Despite the restaurant not being too crowded, we waited for almost an hour and was not notified that therewould be this long wait (due to only one person working in the back kitchen). Went here with my fiance for breakfast and was surprisingly disappointed. Note that we've been to other Denny's locations and... this one may currently be the worst. First, I'll stwrt with the positive. The food is pretty good and is up to standard withother Denny's quality, quite decent, but nothing compared to your local diner. Now, the bad.This location is horriblyunderstaffed. This Denny's rides on the coattails of being physically located near the hotel or else people would not wait. Camehere twice within the span of a week because thought it would be better the second time around, but expect wait times of betweentwenty to thirty minutes for your order and between thirty minutes to an hour for your food. Keep in mind, the chef worked hismagic and the food came out great and the service was quite friendly, but the owner needs to hire more than just one chef and acouple of waiting staff, especially for such a busy location. Unfortunately, this plea will fall on deaf ears and they willlikely continue overworking their workers, but overall unless you want to wait an hour and a half for food and service, just gosomewhere else. You can literally go to almost any other diner in the GTA and get higher quality food at a better price withfaster service. Overall, I can't recommend, in fact, I recommend to stay away until they fix their logistical issues. Read more
Ordered the Cinnamon Roll Pancake Breakfast combo with 1 extra scrambled egg & a Oreo Milkshake! The pancakes were really good &... sweet. I was afraid of them being insanely sweet (like the ones in the US), but they had just the right amount of sweetness tothem which made them perfect. As for the combo portion, I feel like they could of have a little bit more in terms of the hashbrown & maybe the eggs, but they were both great & the bacon was cooked perfectly. The Oreo milkshake was also really good! Iwas a little timid when it came to my first sip since Oreo milkshakes are either a hit or miss, but this one was really good!Will definitely have all of this again soon! Read more
