I find it interesting how so many write such negative reviews. I honestly think they?re just trying to get freebies. My family... and I go to this location on a regular basis and we?ve never had a single issue. Keep up the good work. Read more

We come to Dairy Queen a lot, after soccer games and what not. I am really disappointed today as my kids ice cream was melting... and we were told they are ?not allowed? to give us a cup to put the ice cream in. A little ridiculous since the employee couldsee ice cream melting all over her hand. I think you can afford a cup, Dairy Queen. Do better. Read more

Waited almost 20 minutes for a small blizzard because the guy wanted to take the whole lines order before making my blizzard... after ordering. Slow service would not return here. Read more

I have been to this place numerous times and the most recent experience deserved a review. I usually get a blizzard but this... time the limited edition reeses pieces cookie dough was out of stock. My second option is usually always a peanut chocolateparfait or the chocolate fudge Sundae. I got the sundae this time and the vanilla tasted different. It was icy and not at alllike the vanilla I have had before at this location or other DQs. The service was quick even though they had a line up howeverthe sundae felt less like a treat and more like a waste of calories. Read more

I had called before going to ask how ordering was working if it was curbside etc the lady told me to come inside to pay and... collect and they only allow 3 people at a time. I got the oreo cheesecake and coffee crisp blizzard they were made in front ofme she had gloves on and the place looked clean. Only feedback would be that oreo cheescake could use some more ?cheesecake?rest of it was fine ????????. Most of it was at the end of the container so an increase in quantity would help with evendistribution. Also redeemed a free dilly bar for doing a survey. Read more

I was not happy with the customer service or the professionalism at this location. Order was rushed even though I was the only... customer in store. As you can see the ?39th? on the cake is not visible despite me emphasizing that the number goes in between?happy? and ?birthday?. It was written in as an afterthought. Staff need better training as well to be available and handlingcustomer concerns promptly. No staff was available to greet or take questions until a few minutes after I entered into thestore, even though I was the only customer. Read more

I tried to use it 6 months ago and their machine was "broken",went to use it again yesterday and it was the same story. They then told me if I'd like to use it at a different DQ the closestone is at Square One (huge lie). Customer service is not a priority, they were really skimpy on the toppings in my blizzard.. even after paying for extra, and as you can see in the photo my large blizzard was not even filled to the top. Total ripoff. While I stood waiting in line I also observed some kind of food left open on the counter- a tub of brownies I believe? Itjust didn't sit well with me... I wont ever return to this DA even though its across the street from my house. Read more
