Nice new-feeling location. Clean indoor seating, convenient outdoor picnic area, friendly staff, quick service, and the freezers... aren?t deafening as they are at so many older locations. What more could you ask for from a Dairy Queen? Read more
Don?t ever order cakes from here! I have attempted to order from here for two separate occasions & both times they have messed... up. The first time they lied and said they did not make cotton Candy cakes and the second time they FINALLY made it and gave mea smaller cake when I asked for the one that serves approximately 12 people. On arrival when I told them they gave the wrongcake the ?manager? Sanmeet and her staff was very rude and arguing that they NEVER makes mistakes. Sanmeet called me and mymother ?liars? and continued to scream and yell over us and we left the cake behind. Currently awaiting action from Dairy Queenhead office. Sanmeet is not only a terrible manager but should not work in customer service. It is people like her that give thecustomer service sector such a bad rep. Got a Blizzard cake here last year for my sisters birthday. Expensive cakes and the blizzard portion was maybe 1 cm barley any... of the cookie crumble or fudge mostly their water vanilla ice cream. Remember it now as I?m looking for another location toorder her cake. Hopefully will have better luck at another place. Read more
