I?ve always liked their drinks until yesterday when I accidentally placed an order on the wrong location and when I asked for a... refund or a credit to redeem my drinks they denied it to me. Being a brand that makes so much money they could have found a wayto work with me. Very shady on their end and bad customer service. I used to love them and they have a very convenient storeclose by my house but after yesterday I rather buy somewhere else. Read more

The worst and unprofessional staff, i have requested an extra cream for my taro and they refused to do it with no logic reason,... they kept ignoring my request and embarrassed me in-front of other customers. Arrived right at opening at 12pm, placed our order online through the app right at noon. A lady was there before us order 10... drinks in the store, she got her drinks but we still haven?t seen our drinks yet. Waited for another 15mins, 5 people after mecame in and ordered in store all got their drinks!! Me and another girl also placed our orders through the app still waiting forour drinks while another 6 people came in and pay in store and already got their drinks before us? again!!! I understand withcovid, the wait time can be long. But the fact is we were placed our orders way before all the customers who came in to store 45mins after but they still got their drinks ahead of us!! This is really ridiculous as the employees priority the customers whoorder in store more than people order through the app. Very disappointed as I just ordered 3 drinks.. and we end up waitingfrom 12pm when the store just opened, Im pretty sure we are the 2nd customers there but we didn?t get our drinks an hour later!! The staff taking too long just to make just one drink, they're always busy and staff is taking too long so don't recommend if... you are in the hurry just drive to any other location is better than it. They also doesn't do response to confirm the order thatfast. Take like 10 minutes for them to confirm the app order and 25 other minutes to make my drink. Will not coming back Read more

The best bubble tea spot, I drive half an hour just a bubble tea at this spot. This is the only cocos who makes my drink. I ask... other ones and they don?t do it. Lots of parking! This is a good spot for drinks near the Hurontario and Eglinton intersection. I ordered their September special, the Lemon King,... which was a refreshing lemon tea featuring a whole lemon in the cup. I had the drink with 50% sugar, and found it pretty sour,so if you're not a fan of sour drinks, I would recommend keeping the regular sugar amount. I visited on a Friday night and itwas pretty busy with line-up to go inside. I would recommend ordering ahead on their mobile app as it gives you an estimate ofhow long your order will take to be made, along with a text notification when it is ready for pick up. However, there is nocancellation feature available on the app, which is unfortunate, as you may be quoted a time that is longer than you expect orcan afford to wait. Read more

Great selection of bubble teas. Quick service and decent price. Space is cozy, and bright. Would have given it 5 stars if... they have honey green tea. This brand is the only brand I know that doesn't have honey green tea on their menu. I ended updrinking a mango green tea. Read more
