I ordered spicy chicken 4 piece combo with mashed potatoes for me and wife. The combo came with honey butter poured warm fresh... biscuits. The chicken was hot off the fryer and delicious. Spice was very reasonable and the crunch was yummy. I also used a bitof hot sauce with the chicken to make it more spicy and to add more flavor. The fountain drinks are refillable just likeMcDonald's etc. The staff at this location is very pleasant. I have been there twice now and both times the staff was reallygood and 2nd day they recognized me and added an extra biscuit free of charge. Obviously i did attack that biscuit like a cookiemonster. First time here, or any other Church's Texas Chicken. Ordered pick up ahead of time using the DoorDash food app. The app... notified me that the order would be ready for pick up in 20-30 min. However, in 5 min time, another notification came throughsaying order was now ready for pick-up! So unfortunately the order was sitting there longer than expected. The food was goodthough! Chicken had a delicious crispy batter. The 4-piece combo came with 2 chicken breasts, 1 wing and 1 drum. The sides werealso good: mash potato with gravy, and the honey-glazed biscuit. Read more
I was here two days ago and the food didn?t look like what was advertised. I asked for a refund but they did not provide that. I... went to another church?s chicken (Tomken location) and noticed that the chicken was red and not this colour. The manager at thetime gave me a rough time. I had not even touched the food and asked for a refund on both orders and was willing to return myfull order to get my money back. The women manager needs to taught proper customer skills as this is the worst customer serviceI have received in any franchise. She was not even willing to give me a refund plus was getting furious towards me. I felt verydisrespected as she is a manager and I fully told her I'm not trying to be rude, I just need a refund. She declined to give me arefund even though I did not touch the food. She lastly made excuses such as we started using a new oil. It's different fromother franchises so the chicken will never be red. Made a phone order. Was told it'll take 35 mins. I arrived after 40 mins to pick up. Was made to wait standing another 30 mins... further, with random excuses on delay. Ultimately was given an extra piece of chicken in an incredible show of kindness for theextra 35 mins delay! Atleast I now know what my time is worth. Read more
We ordered Maxicana and TXS sandwiches. Both burgers were supposed to be spicy but was absolutely flat with no taste. Staff was... all over the place and management looks very unorganised. There are much better burger places in Mississauga. I would notrecommend this place. Read more
