I normally really enjoy chattime . It was the first time I ordered from this location. But was disappointed in the order that I... got. I ordered normal ice and there was no ice left in my drink plus i also ordered pearls and didn?t get any pearls from the 2drinks I ordered. I will still come back because i like bubble tea. So yummy, love the peach bubble tea and was really surprised how much I like the brown sugar with oat milk tea. I don't like oat... milk but it was so yummy. I recommend getting less sugar on most teas though, I find them overly sweet with the normal sugarlevels. Read more

Chatime is my absolute favourite bubble tea place mainly because of their Thai Ice Tea with pearls. It?s very sweet but so... delicious. I usually get it with 25% sugar and less ice and it?s perfect. Read more

One of the worst Taro milk tea experience. The tapioca was super stiff and the drink was watery and with big taro bits present.... The people who work there give you the best service they can, but it?s either the ingredient quality or the just how the drinkis prepared that lets you down. Read more

Every-time I think I will give chatime a try, and every time they fail to provide a satisfactory flavor. It is too watery, and... too sugary ( I got less sugar drink!). Nothing beats Kungfutea ( Taiwan chain ), I wish they can grow in canada as well. Read more

Horrible experience, I was the only person in line at the time it 20min to make my drink. By the time I got it they said they... ran out of the item and to order something else. I order something else and they charged me extra for no topping and it took10min to get my order. I asked for them to explain why they are over charging and he said no topping so you have to pay. Iargued for 5min and got no where. Then when they gave me my drink they gave me a vanilla milk tea large instead of what Iordered which was caramel milk tea warm no topping large. I told the same person they got my order wrong. This time they calledthe manager saying I ordered that ...mind you I have the receipt and know what I ordered and I'm still the only one. Otherstaff are talking to themselves in thier language, drinking and eating. So I told the manager all that happened showed thereceipt and all and he just brushed it off not really listening to me or even apologizing for any of this. I'm definitely notrecomendind this location to any one and never coming back. If I could give a 0 rating I would and this is definitely going onmy vlogs and spilling the tea about the place and my experience. The people working at this location are horrible and havehorrible customer service experience. Other locations are better and have better staff just not this and it's not my first timehaving a bad experience here unfortunately. Read more
