I would give 0 stars if I can. I walked in at 730pm intending to sit down for dinner on a Sunday night. To be more specific,... parking is not free outside of this restaurant. We paid for parking, went inside asked for a table. A waitress shows upresponding in confusion saying huh? We're almost sold out of food tonight. I was even more confused... Isn't 730pm quite acommon time for dinner?!? What do u mean ure out of food???? Not to mention inside didn't seem busy either.. Absolutelyoutrageous... Not only there was no customer service, did not apologize.. there were no sign or anything outside the restaurantto indicate they're out of food or closed whatsoever. AND it says they close at 9pm... Clearly I'm not the only one that hasexperienced this. Read more
This place is very underrated. Nice ambience great drinks, and exceptional service. Our server Charles went above and beyond and... helped us with our drink and snack order. His recommendations were perfect because everything we got was delicious! We got theTaiwanese crispy chicken, a taro bubble tea and iced peach green tea with with mango jelly. Great place to study and snack!Definitely coming back. Read more
I'm so glad to have ta Taiwanese restaurant operated by Taiwanese in Mississauga. For anyone who is homesick or just want... Taiwanese food. I highly recommend this place. Their lunch value meal are great and kids meal are great options especially afterkids finish their activities at nearby community centre. This place is the first I noticed they try to use more biodegradablecontainers and straws. The only thing I wish is the kitchen music and eating area music can be more carefully chosen. Sometimesthere are explicit music playing. I'm also glad they bounce back from the pre-pandemic quality of food (it was pretty bad whenindoor dining wasn't available but it is all good now). We were there for lunch on a Wednesday as I found this outlet newly opened in Mississauga. When we were there, the restaurant... was empty. I meant we were the only table in the restaurant. The restaurant has a QR code on table for ordering. Once we placedand paid the order, it went directly to the service. Since we were the only customer, the food was ready fast. I was kind ofdisappointed with the food quality. My order of Tomato Braised Beef with rice had no Tomato taste at all, not even mention of asingle piece of Tomato. The beef was too lean and there were only 6 little pieces of beef. The deep fried chicken cutlets andpork chop were better in term of food portion. Deep fried chicken and pork chop in general tasted better as they were freshlyprepared. We also ordered Brick Toast but honestly I regretted. The bread was believed to be not fresh enough that the toast wasdry and hard except the topping. We could only eat the top but not the base and sides. This is absolutely not a good experienceas they were more pricy but with pretty low quality in delivery. I think there is nothing attractive for next visit. I do notrecommend. Read more
A cute little Taiwanese cafe serving up some delicious Taiwanese meals and drinks! I got the Fried Chicken and Noodle Soup and... it was delicious, My husband got the Spicy Mala Beef Noodle Soup and he wasn't a fan of his as it didn't have enough of the malaspice for him. Overall, I thought it was a delicious place with great service. Very clean and bright as wel Read more
This is not your typical bubble tea place. It has a lot to offer. Food were carefully presented, the taste were superb and... well seasoned. I love how the natural light comes in the window. It highlights the minimalist design of the place. I wouldhave given them 5??, if the complimentary water was in a tall glass. The server gave it in a small plastic container (size of arock glass). We asked her 3x and she would fill it half- cup (?). Ditch the plastics please. It doesn?t match the look of therestaurant. All in all servers were friendly, service was fast, food were great and place was clean. We would definitely comeback here. Read more
We were the only customers for a weekend dinner at the time we went, but I wish more people knew about the place because I... really liked my experience. The restaurant was super clean, and the server was attentive and accommodating. She was alsoapologetic because she misunderstood my dietary preferences and genuinely did her best to compensate. The food was delicious.I ordered the crispy chicken (light and crispy, indeed) with rice combo and hot black milk tea?I loved the pairing. Theyhaven?t gone back to using plates and metal utensils, and everything was still in takeout containers, but I appreciated theextra precautions they took. A part of me is hoping to have the complete dine-in experience, soon, and drink coffee or tea outof a mug, just because. Overall, I will give this five stars for taste and customer service. I am happy there is a Taiwaneserestaurant in the area, and I will come back again to try their other dishes. Read more
