Absolutely terrible. The place looks extremely run down and dirty. The staff couldn't care less either. I ordered a poutine and... they took long to deliver. When the poutine arrived, it smelled like rot. I took one bite and could taste the dirty microwavestench. Completely inedible. Read more

I felt the need to write this because I purched 4 whoppers of which they had MOLD. I didn't realize until my son was eating one... and saw it. This is UNACCEPTABLE. This specific burger King has always had some sort of issues be it wait in the drive throughconstantly or getting the order wrong. We literally had to turn the car off because of how long the wait was, without anyone infront of us and to top it all off we got moldy burgers. Absolute joke of a location, and looking at other reviews, surprised corporate has not shut this place down yet. I ordered a... Spicy Crispy chicken sandwich combo. After waiting more than 30 minutes for this "fast food", I finally received my order. WhenI got home, I realized that they forgot to add the mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and EVERYTHING. I kid you not. All I got was the twobuns and piece of chicken. Nothing on my receipt indicated that I asked for these to be removed. To add insult to injury, eventhe chicken was WRONG! I ordered a spicy sandwich, and I received the regular chicken (which was burnt and had the consistencyof cardboard; see picture attached). This location is singhlehandedly causing millions in damages to the already fading BKbrand. Christ, I need whatever these employees are smoking after this experience. Read more
Horrible service. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru and then was asked to park off to the side because my order was being... prepared ?fresh?. 4 cars behind me got their orders. The sandwich came with barely any sauce and the chicken was not cooked. Read more
The purpose of my review here is for the Impossible Burger. But since I have been here over the years ( and not very often... really ). I will rate the location and service too. When I heard about how the scientists at Impossible Food discovered thatHeme ( Like Hemoglobin ) makes meat taste like meat. Heme is the molecule that gives blood its red colour and helps carryoxygen in living cell organisms. Heme is abundant in animal muscle tissue and is also found naturally in all livingorganisms. The plant-based heme molecule is identical to the heme molecule found in meat. I said NO FRIGGIN WAY...I gotta tryme some of that !!! Is this why Beyond meat just doesn't taste like meat at all....trust me...I tried many times. So I wasintrigued about the Impossible version. So off I went to try one. I have to admit, it tastes like meat. For a fast foodvariety, it can be very hard to distinguish between a regular beef Whopper and the Impossible Whopper. My hat's off here to thefolks at Impossible Foods. This location has been around for like FOREVER... like since man and women walked the earth alongwith the dinosaurs ?????..it really needs a Renovation. I rarely come here even though I drive by it all the time on my way downto Streetsville. I have never had a problem with the food or the staff. The staff have always been courteous to me. But like Isaid before, I only came here to get my hands on the Impossible Whopper. Read more
