It's fast food....what do you expect? The restaurant is old and a bit run down in the Dixie mall parking lot. I think everything... is going to be torn down soon to make way for condos as usual. Read more

The worst Burger King I ever been to. The place is dirty and you can see spider webs at the corners inside the restaurant. The... fries look like they were done hours ago and salt on them not spread evenly, so some taste very salty and others have no salt onthem. They charged us for a hot sauce which is given free at other locations. Read more

Melinda that works here is one of the worst customer service workers I?ve ever encountered in my life. Above all else her... attitude with customers is completely disgusting. My husband and I frequent Burger King for its low prices and everytime we cometo this location Melinda is horrible. Tonight in particular we stepped up to order a king meal deal - to which she respondedWHAT very loudly instead of ?which sandwich would you like?? (Like a normal cashier should). She ignored me when I told her thedebit machine was not working and rudely said it was declined and to remove my card (it was not - it was simply frozen like Iwas TRYING to tell her). I asked for mayo and a small cup with 2-3 pickles on the side when she placed my food on the tray andasked if I wanted ketchup or anything and I was met with a lot of aggression in her tone saying I needed to pay. My husbandoffered to pay for them saying it?s not a problem - but I asked why we?d have to pay since at other locations we aren?t normallycharged. Her very professional response was to shrug and say to each their own. She ended up literally yelling at us andthreatening to call 911 when my husband and I pressed asking why she was being rude and why we would have to pay. I asked whenher manager would be in so I could speak to someone and she said don?t know - in a few days maybe Monday (a week??? what manageris away for a week??) She then walked away and refused to talk to us despite us trying to tell her why we were upset. Pheobecame over to apologize for Melinda?s behaviour and gave us the cup of pickles that started this all. And yes things did getheated but overall it was her extreme rudeness that made things significantly more heightened. Had she just taken a moment tohear what her customers were saying and check her attitude there would have been ZERO issues. I will be calling and speaking toa manager. The food is constantly just being reheated and served. Ordered 10 pc nugget meal and the nuggets were all so hard that my son... wouldn't eat them. The person who greated me at the window was extreamly rude and when I inquired about using a coupon she gaveoff a huge sigh and said "you should of told us earlier!" No where does it state that you have to inform them of using a couponbefore proceeding to a window. Read more

Be very alert!!! If you are taking your children in the backseat of your car to pickup your mobile order via the drive-thru,... skip this place when you could. The food court is just located at the other side of the parking lot. The ceiling at the cornerof drive-thru looked like it's almost falling down for weeks but still not be repaired. Look up when you are around! Here's mymobile order experience today: The staff was not able to distinguish between an order number and the customer's ID. By givingeither one, and showing her what your order was from the app on your smartphone, she would still blame me for not being able togive her the order number. The fact was that she missed reading the number on my customer ID as the order number on bothreceipts, especially the one that's stuck by the seal on the paperback. When I told her what it was by the order speaker, shesaid: 'I remember your voice.' When I drove up by the window and tried to be reasonable to clarify this confusion which onlyherself on this earth would be confused about the difference between an order number and the customer's ID, she lost herpatience, shamed me by saying: 'I speak better English than you!' She extended her hand in front of my mouth, she shut thewindow off. I waited and waited until she opened the window again and asked: 'May I speak to your Manager?' She claimed thatshe's The Manager. She also told me proudly when I asked for her name, she pointed at her name tag which says: Miranda. When myorder was handed over to me I just couldn't believe that I had gone through such stupidity that never had happened to me at anyother fast food restaurants ever. This was such an invention created by the very smart management at BK. And the customerservice was way worse than the quality of its food. Horrible service and food. Fast food is not good in general, but this place is just a plain example of why I do not like eating... out. Dirty, and they made us park in front and wait 25 mins for a simple order. For whatever reason if you are reading this, donot come here. The food tasted like trash, undercooked? and the fries were cold. The food gave me a stomachache and just made mefeel disgusted. Never eating out at a place like this ever again!
