Overall OK. To me, I had a lot of memories here related to the change of my life. However, I noticed multiple times, staffs... handled cash or coins, then immediately handle food and prepare coffee without hand sanitizing or washing. I haven't had Burger King for 5 years. I had to order it because I didn't feel like cooking. So I ordered a burger and fries and... it taste like microwave food. Might not come back here in the next 5 years. The only positive thing I could say about thislocation is that they did not change the logo into the new one. Read more
*NOTIFY CUSTOMERS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ICE*. i don?t want to have warm coke with my meal. every fountain drink is supposed to come... with ice, it?s a given, so let people know if it?s unavailable. i understand you want to make the sale but now i?m giving anegative review.i received my drink and asked for ice, and the employee said their machine is broken? so tell me then before ibuy my food. not wait till the last second. also my burger was drenched in sauces to where the burger was cold and sloppy. and90% of the time, the fries are old, EVERY BITE IS OIL. just change your oil! so i guess now when i order, i have to ask forlight sauce, also if their ice machine is working and if the fries are fresh. inconsistency in any type of service is bad. iorder fast food all the time, and and wrote a review for one, but this one really ticked me off. Ordered here off of DoorDash and the food was so old. The hashbrowns had old onion rings and French fries mixed in. The chicken... burgers had old brown slimy lettuce on it. I threw the whole order out. It was disgusting Read more

Life in the fast lane requires fast food as a fuel. I used Burger King coupons to lessen the cost of this dining... experience. One Whopper deal of a Whopper sandwich, medium fries and a medium fountain drink for $6.59 plus an 8-piece ChickenNuggets & large fries for $3.99 as well. Counter service staff were friendly and courteous. Order fulfillment was fast. Thereis a huge clean dining area at this location. My sweetie liked the fact that we could easily social distance from others forpandemic-restricted indoor dining. The restrooms were clean. Lots of parking available as part of the Rockwood Mallproperty. A good quick meal and it?s back on the road again. Read more
Service here is below par. The burgers and fries are not hot, cheese doesn?t even start to melt. I?ve had multiple situations... when the staff would talk down to me after they had messed up my order, zero accountability. They?ve also tried to overcharge mewhile telling me their ?way? was cheaper. I?ve made the same order multiple times and it clearly was not cheaper, but they wouldrather fight against me than change the order to the proper input. Read more
