This place has really gone down hill in the last few years. I don't recommend for the following reasons: - Drinks are overly... sweet, even when ordered with zero sugar. - Mistreat/underpay their workers. - Drinks are over priced for what you get (thereare so many better BBT chains surrounding the area like: The Alley, CoCo, Cha Time, Shuyi, to name a few. Excellent bubble tea. Try the taro with half sugar!
Been customer over 10 years been getting same drink quite often. The quality of the drinks and food are hit or miss. And honey... green today is probably lower quality. I noticed the tea was very light colored. So I asked the girl how come the colour is solight today. And her not knowing I been getting same drink for years, she had said cause it's green tea so it's lighter. Didoffer to make another if it didn't like it, but I didn't have time to go back and wait. We?ve been going to bubble republic for years and our favorite was always the taro chiller. We haven?t had it in a while and... this is what we were given after waiting for our order for 30mins. I get that it?s a more natural approach but I think the tastestill matters. This drink doesn?t taste like anything, I had 2 sips and we had to throw it away. It?s very bland. The strawswere also replaced by paper straws and if you don?t drink fast enough, the straw disintegrates and you can?t mix the drinkanymore since it?ll break the straw. We wanted something refreshing from our old go-to bubble tea place but I guess not anymore.Very disappointing. Read more

What a rip off. $18 for 2 large regular milk tea + a topping. There's also very little toppings in each drink. Have been here... for more than 10 years. Price continues to go up and quality decreases. They also never update their prices online despite megiving feedback multiple times. I always have to either ask over the phone or guess how much I have to pay. Very disappointing. Read more
