We haven’t been here since pre pandemic mid 2019 and having been gone for 2 years everything was great! First our waitress who... I wasn’t able to get the name of was fantastic, courteous and pleasant, even the girl who showed us to our seats when we firstentered was courteous and professional she got our daughter a booster seat even though we didn’t need it but just the actionitself was very much appreciated. Food was great and everything arrived in a timely manner and they have a cute robot server nowwhich my daughter absolutely loved! They also had a person performing magic tricks which was a great hit with my daughter as sheloved it and was laughing hysterically! Overall we had a great dining in experience tonight and we look forward to returningagain in the future. Great work everyone and thank you!! Read more
Great clean an welcoming atmosphere in the dining section. We got the Mediterranean Pizza. Hot, fresh and delicious! Waitress... Jessica was great serving us and amazing customer service all around. Have to wait a bit for the order to come at the table sobest to socialize and find ways to wait it out. Overall 4/5! Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite with the family. Service was painfully slow and the pizza was Luke warm when it got to the table.... In fairness, their fryer wasn't working but we should have been told this when ordering. I believe a 10% discount wasapplied. Cleanliness of the highchair was gross Read more
The customer service here is spectacular, they are all very nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. They come pretty often to... your table to check up on you, if the food is good or you want to order more. The pizza here is something else, not like anypizza I have ever tasted in my life. The crust is unimaginably delicious with a nice thick crust and cheese on top, the pizzaalso tastes a bit sweet, not a bad thing. The wings were pretty normal, not anything special to be honest, I mean there’s notmuch anyone can do anyways to a couple wings. The pizza was also super cheesy with supple crust underneath and NOT GREASY ASALL!!! ;) the only thing I’d complain about is the pricing, like why do they have to charge such high prices for wings thatyou can quite literally get frozen at Walmart or buy at a local pizza store… personally it does not make much sense butthat’s how you get sales right. It’s great for a casual family lunch, their kids menu is really good. The Cajun Jambalaya pizza is really good, ingredients... are fresh. I also tried their new cactus cut nachos they were ok. The baked 7 cheese Ravioli was too cheesy for my taste. Read more
Walking into the restaurant there was a few people ahead of me. The line moved quickly. I was greeted and seated by a very... pleasant and friendly employee. The server welcomed us in a very timely manner. The service at the table was okay. Therestaurant was clean. The meal was presented by a very nice person who also ended refilling our drinks. Visited Boston pizza near Square One Mississauga. Ambience is good, food tasted good. We had Cauliflower Bites which are very... tasty. Also tried Thai Chicken wrap, which is good too and it tatsed really good with the sause they provided. Parmesan chickenis tasty too. Overall food and service is good ????.
