Cross contamination. I watched the lady working there cut an Apple on the open work surface and then put a container on top of... where she just cut the Apple and then put the container back in the fridge. No cutting board, no food safety practices. I doubtthis person has their food handler certificate. I didn't purchase anything this time around. I ended up just leaving and I won'tbe going back. I have been going to this location for the past 7 years, and although there has been new management in store, I have only ever... had positive experiences. This location is truly terrible, I don?t even want to give the one star. When you walk in and start your order they were... uninterested and ignored when saying hello. We asked a few questions about smoothies and they completely ignored us. I askedabout how to make something dairy free and the guy working asked what I wanted to put in it, I said whatever they?d recommendedand he couldn?t come up with anything. Once our order was done they gave me an açai bowl with nothing on top. The menu says itcomes with granola and fresh banana and when I asked the one girl she said she didn?t know. The man who took our order said itdid come with it and then didn?t do anything so I asked then if he could put some on. I got one sprinkle of granola and 4 slicesof frozen banana. This booster juice is the closest to me and ever since new management has taken over it has completely gone downhill. The lady... behind the counter has zero customer service skills. Unfriendly upon arrival, no warm or welcoming atmosphere, and barely asmile when handing you an order. They cut corners by offering you a tray cut in half which has no rigidity to it whatsoever.Quality of drinks and service suffering at this location. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
Please read before entering this location if I could give 0 I would. When you first go into a location and you say hello and... the employees behind the counter say nothing you know they don?t like you. My son and I went in Sun Aug 20th 2022, about 6:45spent 17.63 what a waste of money for nothing the girl behind the counter put so much sugar into a smoothie that we could noteven drink it, why you putting sugar in a smoothie anyway?. I didn?t see it but son did and tried to warn me lucky I didn?tthere would have been a seen in there.
