Updated review: I gave it another try. It was even worse. 3 Aloo pieces and peas - Nothing else. Even left special instructions.... I don't think they care. It's take it or leave it. Well, I am never ordering from here EVER again. I have been a regularcustomer of this place since opening. It used to be a really good place. I will never dare to come back because their food is inedible to me. I ordered a chicken biryani through DoorDash and it's way... too spicy that it burns my tongue and throat after a few spoon (even though the rice and chicken is cooked nicely). Even myfriend who loves spicy food say it burns. They should have asked (but might be bc of third party system they couldn't-that's whyI give them an extra star) or leave the extra spice to be added on later. Tried here for the first time and so went ahead & ordered safe items on the menu - Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani and Chicken 65.... Have to say it's the best I've had here in Canada. Nice & Gentle staff and hostess too. Really good experience and recommendingthis place for authentic Telugu/ Hyderabadi cuisine. This was our second time visiting this restaurant. We were delightful from our first visit. Hence decided to visit again. We... went around 7pm, it wasn’t busy. We ordered two starters and a biryani. Not sure what happened to this restaurant, The foodwasn’t even served warm, the glasses were not clean, the room temperature was so cold. Starters tasted okay but not thebiryani. Visited this place after good review from many. We ordered family pack boneless Biryani. But didn't like the taste & quality.... Seems like as if they have cooked in Pressure cooker. Went in for lunch around 2:30 PM on a Monday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy at all, you would expect it to be neat and... clean. Floors were dirty. My chair had biryani rice fallen over it, staff promptly said they would change the chair, theygrabbed another chair which had more biryani rice fallen on it, it fell off the chair due to his grab and swing motion ???? Noone cleaned the rice fallen on the floor. Water was served in stained and oily glasses, did not touch it nor bothered to ask fordifferent glass. Ordered a goat biryani, tasted decent, thankfully the plates and silverware was clean. Raita and Salan wasserved in chipped and broken earthenware, who does that? I've only given 1 star because the food was good but I'm highlyconcerned with the upkeep and sanitization/cleanliness at the restaurant. Will not return for another meal. Read more

Hi all, This is not the picture of the biryani I bought from here.. interesting right!! after being a customer of more than a... year.. something has happened to their customer service as they have grown as so arrogant.. they are not able to deliver ontime.. so I got a motivation from their customer service to prepare by myself and yeah it was delicious that I could prepare..????
