I picked up a sundae and a tub of ice cream, the employee by the name of Aliyan (if I heard correctly) was serving me. He was... super friendly with a great customer service personality. This location is closest to my house, and I would always considercoming back. Loved the sundae! Read more

Sorry to say this..Very worst customer service. I bought 1 tub of Strawberry cheese cake ice cream but no cheese cubes in the... ice cream. Usually cheese cubs mixed in this flavour. It looks like manufacturing defect. Requested refund or replacement ofanother flavour. Management did not agree any of this option. Lost $14. I would request management should report this issue backto company and should refund back to customer if any issues in future. Read more
