DO NOT BUY GIFT CARD FROM THIS LOCATION !!!!!! Period. They scam people and will give you a gift card with no money, hoping that... the friend you give it to will not tell you because it is so embarrassing to give someone an empty gift card!!!!!! I purchaseda gift card at this location as a birthday gift for my friend. And when she used it, there was no money in it, I kept thereceipt when I purchased it, and went back the store. I was initially brushed off and told to come back in a week, and when Idid, I was told that the gift card wasn?t purchased at their location. Refusing to give me my money back. So I got scammedpaying real money for a gift card with no money, and unable to get my money back even with the actual receipt. I started to readreviews and found that there are similar situation when staff at this location are being dishonest! I went here with my wife to get a cake for our 4 month Anniversary and it came out great. The staff here were friendly and... polite. The ice cream cake cane out great. I would highly recommend coming here. This store location was quite clean andinviting. The plaza that this store is located in allows you to come here as a desert after a meal at somewhere like LazeezShawarma. Read more
THE WORST SERVICE FROM THE OWNER/MANAGER I like Baskin and Robbins ice cream from a very long time. The experience I had at... this location will definitely never suggest this location to anyone unless u have no other options. I never ever saw a storethat shuts their counter when a customer is still choosing the ice cream and the time is 10.28 pm n they close at 10.30pm. Yesthe product is what's important and I can buy that in a grocery store. If we r spending extra money that's for service we get. Read more
I visited this location for a 2nd time in one month..I must say the girl working at the time 10/26/22 was not very pleasant...no... engagement with customers..just takes the order and runs to the back..I decided to buy 2 larger tubs so I dont have to come backhere..I will try other locations..tip : If you don't like your job don't do it.It costs an individual nothing to bepleasant..also my icecream wasnt even packed properly..the lid of the larger one did not stay on and I even had to requestspoons like seriously??!!!
