Good food. But? They don?t open on time: 10 am open, but 15 mins wait to actually order brocade they are setting up? Then on... top of that they are so slow and rude. I mean 30 mins for 2 sandwiches. Really??? Get more staff and run this better. Read more
Order was correct. But rude customer service, very unhygienic (they weren't wearing gloves when serving) and ingredients weren't... fresh enough. Don't order here. Very annoying and disappointing. The crew was Indian I believe and 2 girls. 1 cashier and 1cook. Read more
I waited in line with a 4 year old behind ONE customer for almost 30 minutes! When I finally got served, she told me they didn't... have hot dogs. No sign saying they were out. She said they're not out, they don't sell them...... Then I ordered a kids meal.She didn't tell me that it came with a choice of fries or apple slices. Looking at the picture, it appears that both come in themeal. She just rang it up. Then I ordered a meal for myself and instead of the meal price, she charged everything separate. Mytotal was $27 for ONE kids meal and ONE adult combo!!! All she said was... That's how it's charged. I know it's not because notthe first time I've ordered. Then waited another 15 minutes for food. They didn't even put the kids meal in the kids box. When Iasked all the questions, the answer was.... "Everyone knows this already, I don't need to explain it everytime" and for the kidsbox, she said they don't give them unless it's take out. I explained that, that's part of the kids meal experience! Worst "fastfood" experience and the worst A&W. The counter girl was pretty rude and did a lot of wandering around behind the counter. Sigh. This location is AWFUL. As a frequent AW customer, I can honestly say this is the first time I?ve been disappointed. The... lady was nice, but it seems like the management of this location is subpar. She was not set up for success and was the onlyperson to not only accept orders, but make food and deliver the meals. The food itself was dry and not to AWstandards. Disappointing. Never eating here again. I ate half the burger and I look after every bite I take because I?m scared of this happening, all my... previous bites were fine, except my last one that I spat out.
